The staff is super friendly and reliable. Take a step back to enjoy your quiet time and do saviour your moment in time. The view from the unit is stunning and sunset. Despite the electrical issues they tried their best to accommodate and try to find alternative. Kasir is one of the best staff, friendly and courteous.

We stayed at the pool villa and it was really nice. Though we were two, I also recommend this room for family or friends of around 4 people since there are many rooms at the right side and left side of the villa. I also recommend visitors to lay down on the sun bed in the night, the night sky and starts are awesome. Mr.Sofyan at the concierge helped us a lot, thank you for driving buggy and telling us useful information for staying here. Will be looking forward to visiting here again.

Our second day at Banyan tree Bintan”
Mostly spent our time having a taxi tour so couldn't stay a lot at the resort. But the room was definitely nice, jacuzzi was bigger than we expected. The next day we went to little beach at the east side and view was nice, though we couldn't stay long since it was very hot. Mr.Sofyan also helped us a lot this day. Told us useful information about staying in Bintan. Thank you very much, I'm looking forward to visiting here again.

We travelled as a party of six - four adults and two children. The two bed villa is perfect - each couple had their own private space and a communal one to share in between. Pros: + Executive lounge usage at the Bintan ferry terminal + good spread at the international breakfast buffet + excellent service staff esp the spa + sumptuous food at the Cove + availability of buggies to take you around the resort + Free WiFi Cons: - lots of insects but well managed within the villa by hotel - Aircon temperature set very low everywhere indoors - lighting in the second bedroom is dim The only thing on our itinerary was to enjoy the resort and its facilities, which we did. Outstanding service and quality treatment by all the staff I come across. The room is well maintain and very clean. The breakfast is good. We tried the Treetop and Saffron restaurant and also in-villa dining. The service and food here is excellent. It's an unforgettable experience.

Peaceful retreat”
Our oceanfront villa was spacious and included a spa pool and terrace so we could happily relax for our long weekend. The staff were great and incredibly helpful and accommodating. Saffron Thai restaurant is excellent. Negatives were the access stairs down to our Villa which were steep and uneven - the cost of seclusion I guess. We also took a trip to Plaza Logoi which had only a handful of stores open. I hope this improves as the tourism picks up in Bintan.
