Exceptional”
Greetings from Pakistan!! I was traveling with my wife and a three and a half year old son. I initially booked the hotel for two nights and later on extended it for another two days. The extension of my stay was done without any hassle. The hotel is beautiful and the room had everything that we needed. The staff was super super friendly and they were so kind to us and especially to my kid offering candies and spoiling him all the time. The breakfast was enough for us, that we didn't need to have lunch. The lift was slightly old, but it works perfectly alright. The washroom was modern, and the rooms were very clean. The best part of this hotel was its location. It is very very central, and you can see many places within your walking distance. Also, you can find a super market very close to the hotel, and a delicious "Istanbul Doner Kebab" is also available within your walking distance. I would not mind staying there once again, if I travel Budapest once again.

Very good location ”
Very good location with less than 5 minutes walk to Kavin ter Metro station. Practically can walk to every where within the city since the location is quite good. Unfortunately, the National Museum which is very near to the hotel (as we planned to visit) was closed for renovation. Cafe Intenzo near the hotel is super good with reasonable price. Breakfast was very sufficient with good spread. Very good service provided as the receptionist assisted to prepare takeaway breakfast on the last day during our check out. The only concern is that the cleanliness of the hotel needs some improvement and the front door of the hotel is at the quiet alley. The renovation at the opposite building made it a little unpleasant when going through the alley to the hotel. Overall experience is still not bad.

Located in the inner city of Budapest, easily accessible. I appreciated that I was given my room upon my early arrival and did not have to wait until 2 pm, when the check-in was announced. The staff speaks good English and they are polite. Continental breakfast - decent, but it had been better if it started at 7 a.m. instead of 8 a.m. - some people may have things to do around the city. The room is very badly lit - I felt like in a cave lit by a candle there. An exaggerate anti-smoking policy - there are smoke detectors even on the open terrace. No open bar, no opportunity to buy a bottle of water. A coffee machine in the lobby, but no cups anywhere in sight. The 4-star is hardly justified.

Ideal as a city hotel, convenient for transport links and not to far for shops bars etc. Staff very helpful . Breakfast ok not too much but ample. Room clean and tidy, was only there for 2 days but would recommend for a short break. Only downside was bed was rock hard, lol.

Me and my husband truly recommend this hotel. Great location with main tourist attractions (such as National Museum of Hungary, Gellert's Hill, Freedom Bridge) within reach. Located near Kalvin's Square where you can transfer into metro, bus or tram. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. The hotel stuff is absolutely marvelous, very kind and helpful and they are making great breakfast. We hope, that one day we will return to this hotel. Greetings 🙂

This hotel is just what you would need for a city break. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the action. The staff were so helpfull, very ready to help and advise us. I would stay here again, it was clean and comfertable. Thank you!

Exceptional”
Good enough for weekend, excellent location on quiet street. Not as clean as I expected. Bathroom had several issues, like leaking toilet, broken toilet paper holder. Breakfast was ok, nothing extra. I wouldn't sat its 4* hotel most likely usual 3*. I would recommend to stay here for weekend but I don't feel like its a right place to spend week or two.

Great area but only a 3 star hotel”
Few niggles-Agoda hadn't requested a twin room , however this was soon rectified and we were given another room. Unfortunately the shower didn't drain and overflowed onto the bathroom floor-the staff did fix this immediately. Also there isn't a full shower enclosure so the bathroom floor constantly gets wet and we noticed it wasn't cleaned very well. Generally shabby carpets in communal areas and some peeling paint. Bedding was clean and fresh towels put out every day. There is a good selection of foods at breakfast but you are given one set of cutlery so using the same knife for jam as you have used for scrambled eggs isn't ideal! Bonus having a good sized fridge in the room and air conditioning, but no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were very helpful and the location is great. Only a few minutes walk to tram and metro stops. It was good value for what we paid but there are a few areas that need refurbishing and it only is a three star.

For those who wants for ordinary trip”
This hotel is not so luxury, but has a well-prepared clean room and kind staffs. It's located near stations and Buda palace is within walking distance (about 20mins). You can have breakfast at the lobby but sometimes tables are not enough. I enjoyed my stay there.

Awful”
We stayed open minded after reading reviews and Edina who met us was lovely and extremely helpful. She was the hotels only asset. We arrived tired after travelling. Immediately asked for different room and were given one. After a rest we decided we could not stay - door draughty (was -2 outside) room cold, curtains falling to bits. Room shabby badly needs painted, carpet stained, dirty pillowcase behind the bed and cobwebs. Bathroom had areas around shower which were stained from leaks. We moved to another hotel that afternoon so didn’t stay any of our proposed 3 nights so didn’t try breakfast though area also looked tired. Cannot understand Agodas rating of 4 stars 2 at best.

Nice Location Hotel but needs a lot of improvement”
Hotel is located near the Metro, Tram or Bus. It is very accesible. Problem is that the room needs a lot of improvement like bulbs are not working, safety box is also not working. It seems the carpet is not cleaned for a while. Breakfast is okay. Staff help us to book a taxi going to the bus station.

Not a 4* hotel”
The hotel was in a great location however the hotel is nothing like the pictures. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever, I might has well have slept on the floor! The room was tired, the walls needed painting, half the wallpaper hadn’t been finished, the carpet needed replacing. The bathroom needed to be cleaned to a better standard and the shower was incredibly short, I am 5ft 1 and I had to bend to fit under it! There were no useful facilities in the room I.e kettle, fridge, working safe. Was all very basic and poor quality for the money. Would not stay again.

Poor ”
Was given incorrect room. Booked a junior suite. Got it on the 3rd day. Shower in standard double be very careful. No shower screen. Water goes everywhere. Would not stay again.
