Good location, cheap price.”
This was our first visit to Barcelona. I did not regret getting into this property as it was close to what we needed, Sagrada fi Familia and other places. Rooms were clean, we had all what we needed. We took the shared bathroom option for the first time ever. Bathroom was shared between 4 other rooms, so in total I would say around 10 other people staying on the same floor. Expect waiting for someone to come out from the bathroom or do get your own private bathroom or use a different floor. Reception staff are realy friendly, gave us all the information we needed to get across the Barcelona. Thanks for that. Overall I would stay here again, but will choose a private bathroom.

Fantastic Location ”
Ideally situated just off La Rambla. Double room with private bathroom was extremely comfortable and had everything needed for a basic stay. The kitchen downstairs made it easy to have food and drink there. Short walk to metro, La Rambla, Gothic Quarter and Port Vell. Was able to walk to a lot of the sights and take the metro to others. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful.

Very good location. Convenient for la rambla and parallel tmb. It was good standard for hostel, but doors were thin with people coming and going all hours. Could have provided a blanket not just a sheet even though it was summer. Best price we could find for Barcelona.

Good value for money, I stayed in a single room for 4 nights and never had any problems. The reception is open 24/7 which was very helpful, the shared bathroom was clean on my floor and the room was good enough for me. Very small, but not claustrophobic. The walls are very thin, but it was mostly quiet still. A good place to sleep at night, in Barcelona you don't really spend that much time at the hotel anyway.

Great accomodation for the best price”
The accomodation was pretty good because of the locations, tha hostel is 2mins walk from the main street La Rambla. So everything is close but on the other side you dont have to be worried about calm nights, you wont hear any loud noises. We shared the bathroom with people on the floor and basically didnt even notice there is someone else, we actually never waited for the bathroom. They clean the rooms and bathroom every day. There is hairdryer and towels included. Thank you for nice time and hopefully see you someday.

Great private room”
We stayed in a private room and let me tell you, it was extremely clean and fresh. The room looked almost like a 3 star hotel room! Great value for the money. Very nice bathroom. Had a french balcony as well. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, even allowed us to store our bikes in the reception overnight. Daily cleaning of our room which was great! Managed to sneak a look at the shared bathroom and that also looked extremely clean. Would definitely recommend this place. It was located on a nice street with a number of places to eat (some great pizza places), breakfast places and small convenience shops. The only downside is that there wasn't really a common area so not a very social hostel. Did not manage to check out the kitchen.

Paid £59 for one night and had absolutely nothing to complain about. Room small but fine for two. 1 minute to the Ramblas and great value coffee shop next door. What more could you want for a quick getaway?

Great place to stay! ”
We rented a double room with a private bathroom and our stay was great. The room was very nice and extremely clean. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and very helpful if you have any questions. The kitchen was always very clean and they have all the ustensiles you need to cook a nice meal. Overall it is a great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel/hostel.

Serious Hygiene problem: BED BUGS!!! Pl reply. How upload video n photos? Not enough space comments”
We stayed Be Ramblas 4 nites, 1st 3 dble rm 306, OK except too small for 2 w bags. So day4, we changed to ensuite room 305. V happy w size of rm. But early next morning, I felt itchy n got up 6 plus am, turned on lights n horrors! saw 2 bed bugs crawling on e white sheet!! We killed them immed n saw fresh blood, ours! We informed e recep Maxine n e cleaning ladies. I completed a form to file a complaint to e local municipal authority but was told to complain thru Agoda instead. I agreed as I didn't want e lifelihood of e ladies, all excellent staff, to be affected. Then, we went up to e room to pack to leave. Horrors, again we saw a live bed bug crawling on e white bedspread. We videoed it alive, killed it n got cleaning ladies as witness. We'd left our 2 luggages wide open thru e night, terrified tt bed bugs got in or laid eggs inside. We boiled our clothes as pest control advised how serious the matter is. Still daren't bring luggages into house. Pl compensate n fumigate rooms

Fantastic location but it is a motel not a hotel”
Location was perfect as it is 2 min from La Ramblas. Staff was very pleasent and helful. However room was very basic. No shampoo, lotion or tissues in bathroom etc.. Beds were comfy but i believe there was bed bugs in one of the beds as my daughter got some itching. Last day we found a big bug in the bathroom. Other than that i have to say i had no issues with the place as it was very convient only for sleeping at night and close to everything, i.e cataluyna square, beach, malls, metro, restaurants. I would recommend it if you are only looking for a place to sleep at night

The hotel is located near metro, bus stop and attraction, a lot of store surrounding the area, room is dont have enough wall socket for charging and can hear the sound of water drifting above the ceiling area but the room is clean and there is a kitchen for the guest to use. Staff very helpful.

Relatively central, but basic”
Located off La Rambla (if you want to stay there). It's a relatively basic 'hotel'. I had a room with ensuite that was on the top floor (5th). They have a very small and slow elevator from the first floor, which means you have to carry your luggage up and down one floor. The room was very small and basic, but surprisingly quiet. Thank god for the good air-con. Not a bad choice as far as budget accomodation goes, but I still found it a bit overpriced. But then that's Barcelona in the middle of summer

Excellent Value, Clean”
This Hostel is an excellent value and wonderful location. My wife and I stayed 3 nights in a double room with private bath. The room was clean, excellent A/C, very comfy bed. The kitchen in the basement is OK but not as well stocked or as good as kitchens we have seen in other hostels. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a nice double bed room with private shower facilities. It was great for the price and the staff are very friendly. Location was great. However, do not compare the standard to a hotel as this is more of a hostel than a hotel. :)

Tour de Espana ”
We stayed in the room with a private bath. Very clean, modern and comfortable beds. The shared kitchen facility is spacious and more than adequate. Walking distance to water, train stations, Plaza Catalunya, Gothic quarter, etc. Only issue was weak wifi.

Barcelona is an expensive city so this hotel provided a decent option - if you are not spending much time in the hotel - Close to the metro it did the job.

Good location but don't expect to sleep”
Overall what you would expect from a Hostel in terms of facility. Unfortunately, the management does not enforce their own noise rules. Noise carries from the lobby unimpeded to the second floor rooms, and on both nights loud conversations were being carried on in the lobby into the early morning hours, despite the fact that the desk attendant is right there 24 hours per day. On the second night it was particularly bad, as a family with young children who must have been from a different time zone checked in at 11:00 pm and proceeded to make a ruckus until 3 or 4 am. I am deaf in one ear, and even putting the good ear to the pillow did no good. It was LOUD. If they would just enforce no noise after 10 pm, it would be a great place. Until then, I won't be returning.
