Amazing Front Desk staff that processed my check-in w/ warm courtesy & professionalism. Pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade for my birthday! Restaurant staff is also friendly, warm and helpful. Cleaning staff is very thorough & professional. Ocean Wing Viewbath Comfort Room is amazing, the room is exactly what the photos show. Spacious, calming interiors, amazing view of the sea, bathroom is surprisingly spacious, complete amenities with separate slippers for room use & beach use. Bedsheets are sofr & clean. Will definitely come back this year!

This island is definitely best with a car or motorbike. Like many hotels it’s a drive to get to places of interest (but lovely driving around this beautiful island). Hotel is clean though a little dated in the rooms. Prices on the island are very inflated you would get something really nice on the mainland for this price but here you would have to pay 2-3x that. I recommend visiting outside of the height of summer as it gets boiling and humid! Skip ugly Okinawa main island and come here instead!

Overpriced and out of the way ”
The room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful. However, there isn’t much within walking distance, so you if you don’t have a car tote either trapped in the hotel and subject to the overpriced and mediocre restaurant or have to get taxis into town. It’s 20 minutes to the nearest beach. They charge you for absolutely everything, even the use of a beach towel.

A Great Hotel In Ishigaki!”
We had a great stay at Beach Hotel Sunshine but unfortunatley had to cut our time short due to Typhoon Marwa coming in. However, the staff where amazing to deal with, great location on the ocean and close to town. Will stay at again!!

Great vacation place to relax”
No beach but the pool was beautiful and lots of kids floating items to use. I had a great time, the hot common spa (one indoor and one outdoor gender separated hot bath) was great and the rooms were comfortable. It was relaxing.

Very accommodating staff, went extra mile for my birthday & gave me complimentary upgrade. Love the Japanese culture of being detailed & clean, with different slippers for indoor and outdoor use. Staff are amazing, professional, friendly, very helpful. Will definitely come back here!

Es war nett aber wir würden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel auswählen”
Wir haben uns soweit wohl gefühlt, besonders das Onsen war toll, allerdings hat uns insgesamt die Liebe zum Detail gefehlt sowie das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Unser Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war sehr sauber aber insgesamt recht kahl eingerichtet. Am Pool wären Auflagen auf den Liegen schön und vielleicht die Möglichkeit Getränke zu bestellen, etwas Musik, zumal das Restaurant am Pool renoviert wurde und die Geräusche damit hätten übertönt werden können. Das man für Pool-Handtücher extra zahlen sollte war bei diesem Zimmerpreis für uns ein No Go. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Wassersportangebote hat für uns überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Die Angestellten waren allerdings durchweg super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war gut und wir konnten den angrenzenden großen Parkplatz kostenlos nutzen.

部屋は綺麗にされているのですが建物が古いのか隙間から虫が次から次へと入ってきます 一睡も出来なかったです スタッフさんの対応は凄く良いのですが建物の基礎的な改装をしないと虫の侵入は防げ無いと思います 虫とヤモリが侵入する度にスタッフさんが駆除に来てくださり対応はとても良かったです

マウンテンビュー”
安いマウンテンビューの部屋を予約しました。マウンテンビューの部屋は、2階と3階のみで、ロケーションは、最悪です。窓からは、前の空き地の砂利が見え、リラックスとはほど遠く、工事現場のような空き地を見たくない為に、カーテンを閉めていたので、部屋は閉塞感満載でした。見えるのは、前の道路と工事現場の駐車場のような空き地だけです。このホテルに泊まるなら、安くても絶対にマウンテンビューだけは、選ばない方がいいです。

本館に二泊しました。海が見えるお部屋◯少し狭いけど、清潔でした。部屋にはシャワーのみですが、大浴場があるのはとても良かったです。 朝食は味とメニュー的に星2。沖縄料理が少し味わえるところは◯ スタッフの方がどなたも明るく気さくでとても良かったです◎ 目の前が海なので、毎日朝晩眺めることができました。 車で約15分のところに離島ターミナルやバスターミナルがあり、タクシーで1400円くらい。タクシーの運転手さんのお話から情報を得たりして。 食事が微妙ですが、総合的に良かったのでまた泊まりたいです。
