The central location is superb. The studio is just as it appears in the photos - modern, nicely decorated, well equipped for a one wk stay, very clean, very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, a-c, Wifi. Restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation all nearby. Everything was just right. We enjoyed our one week stay there immensely. Highly recommended and would gladly return.

The room is exactly same as the pictures shown. Its soundproofing is so nice although it's located at the center of Budapest. The kitchen essentials are sufficient and the room is clean. The owner also had quick response.

Nice flat in the heart of Budapest”

Apartment really in the city center at very short walking distance from the main street vaci utca, the river and in general from all the attractions / monuments / museums. It is fitted with all comforts, in a very quite position and the check in/out was very easy thanks to the instructions received by email the previous day. Good communication overall with the hosts.
I suggest to fix one of the two side bed table which is broken as already reported by many previous guests (see the picture) and to make the beautiful big television usable for foreigners as it has only local channels.

Clean comfortable setting in a prime location. Facilities were great.
Despite having a not good impression by the entrance to the building, once you are inside the apartment it is an oasis of calm and comfort.

Great renovation! Good Wifi! Check-out is a hard 10AM, nowhere to leave your suitcase extra hour”

Beautiful renovation, good Wifi, nice decor, air conditioning!! Comfortable unit with washer (we didn't use it), extra towels and a nice shower. A bit larger than a medium sized hotel room but not much more. Kitchen with 2-plate stove (we didn't use it). Everything worked well once we figured it out. Lots of indoor lighting options with a remote, air conditioning unit is operated by remote and is quiet.
The bed is a little hard, the pillows a bit small but overall good. Beware, check-out is a hard 10AM and there is nowhere for you to leave your suitcases if you want to leave later. We asked if we could leave our suitcase for an extra hour until 11AM, or somewhere in the building and it was a hard no. The check-in process was a little bit of an obstacle course but the directions were detailed enough. The apartment is on the "1st floor" but it is really the 2nd floor (the 1st floor is called a "1/2 floor". There are about 10 steps up to the elevator, then another 10 steps from a landing up to the floor of the apartment so if you have a heavy suitcase you will need to carry it for about 1 floor total. There is not a lot of natural light in the apartment (the window faces a landing in a large courtyard), but you do get some daylight. If you turn the air conditioning off and close the windows during the day, the apartment feels stuffy - leave a window cracked or the fan on for air circulation.

The fact that there was a TV and we couldn't use it cause it had no reception or subscription. The entrance wasn't that pleasant but that was minor.

Nice apartment - Cleaning Issues”

Good location. Very central, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious apartment with good kitchen facilities. Good, very large tv facing the bed.
Not clean at all. Shower and bathroom was filthy. See photos. As we arrived on Saturday afternoon we raised the issue then and did not receive a reply until Sunday after messaging again. No staff available to come clean the bathroom until Monday morning. We checked out Tuesday morning, so not very helpful to only be able to shower one afternoon of your whole trip. Apartment has issues with condensation. Even without the shower we would wake up in the morning to the whole apartment full of condensation and water by the windows. Once clean the bathroom had no issues but this was clearly avoidable and makes you think what else was missed.

The room is exactly what was expected, it had all necessary stuff and necessary and it was clean. The location is awesome, super close to vaci utca and a lot of public transport nearby.
There is a window (you can't see on the booking photos) in front of the sink with no blinds that has direct view from the building on the other side to the bed. We felt super unconformable and we had to put a towel over the window to get some privacy. The room was not ready at 4:00pm, we had to wait 15min, which is fine, but if you ask for a super early check-out and super late check-in, please make sure the room is ready on time.

Location was perfect. Room was equipped with all kind of amenities. Dont go by the outside view. The inner apartment was good.
Bedsheet and pillow could be more clean. TV was kept just for decoration purpose.

Very good location in the centre of everything. ideal for a night or two stay.
The place could have been a bit cleaner.. a lot of dust around the skirting boards and the bathroom seemed a bit dirty also. There were also little things missing that would have made the stay a bit nicer and more comfortable. wifi was a bit patchy also
