The place is clean but quite damaged (damaged cabinets, loose rails or a damaged toilet). The room is very warm from the sun. The advantage is access to the kitchen and proximity to the metro

A scruffy bar with an annex.....”
The description " hotel" is an insult. It's a dump. My garden shed is cleaner than the entrance to the stairs leading to the room I had. No en-suite toilet/basin/shower...no linen changed ...no desk..no mirror....a small 3' wardrobe..few hangers..no carpet..the door had a glass insert panel..a tiny TV. At least the radiator worked. Bathroom had hot shower water..but no thermostat..so hot/cold/hot/cold. The room was reasonably clean but and warm but that's all.

L'adresse est fausse. La construction est en piètre état, notre chambre sous le toit avec la chaleur..., intenable. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour dormir car les clients du bar, en terrasse, font un bruit terrible. Nous nous sommes plaints aux propriétaires de l'hôtel mais, hélas, aucune réaction de leur part. Même au prix "promo", c'est encore trop cher. Agoda devrait mieux choisir ses partenaires.
