Amazing & Comfortable but Parking is a Mess”
Awesome rooms! Friendly staff. Amazing views from the hotel. The sad part is the hotel doesn’t provide a private parking! The private parking is at another hotel (which needs to be reserved). So please reserve that on the hotel’s website ! Booking on Agoda didn’t include breakfast! So we had to pay €12/day for breakfast

Nice and newly refurbished but at a price”
Very noisy (bells in the morning, people on the street at nights and laundry of the hotel (washing machine) at night. Twice the price of nearby hotels just because of the spa. Double bed is two single beds that kept drifting away during the night and I felt in the gap. City view is in fact view directly on a wall and flats inhabited by locals. Nice spa and pool facility. Newly refurbished hotel with new furniture. Car park available. Staff responsive

Vintage feeling, perfect location, fair prices”
This hotel is a travel to the past, because it keep the vintage feeling of the grand hotels from old times, but it doesn't mean things are old - things are well kept or renewed (smart TVs with Netflix and etc). On the weekend we've been there (Easter), everything was working perfectly: the 2 restaurants, bar, gym, sauna, pool. The boat to see Loreley is just by the door. If I have to highlight 2 tops, would be: the great service offered by the staff (specially in the restaurant and bar) and the prices: everything has a fair to low price (like drinks for 1 euro in the minibar or super breakfest for only 11). Definitely recommended.

had older type radiator heating system which could be updated. Love the old style elevator. Decent rooms but pillows could be former, it deflates easily. Bathroom works well but can do with a ventilator. Well maintain classic hotel which could with some upgrading in parts whilst still maintaining its character

An ill-mannered employee ruined our day”
On a Saturday morning we arrived 15 minutes early for breakfast by mistake, as breakfast starts half an hour later on weekends. As the door was open, we entered the restaurant without noticing that we were early. Then however, an angry employee approached us, told us that breakfast had not yet begun. Then she started mocking us, saying we needed to take a closer look at the time table. She also complained about us to the other employees. She was speaking German, and I guess she just assumed we didn't speak her language, as we are Asians. However I understood every single word she said, as I grew in Germany. We felt very offended, and it ruined an otherwise very beautiful stay at the hotel.

Die Romantik vergangener Zeiten”
Das Bellevue trägt in sich die Schönheit der Belle Époque und auch dessen Servicegedanken. Wer sich auf eine romantische Zeitreise begeben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Hotel selbst hat eine kostenpflichtige Parkgarage. Wir haben uns für die öffentlichen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus entschieden. Mit einem Tagessatz von 4 € absolut super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Service Fehlanzeige!”
Leider konnte keiner der gebuchten Wellness Termine vom Hotel eingehalten werden. Das kann ja mal vorkommen. Als Ersatz haben wir uns für eine Weinprobe als Programmpunkt entschieden. Diese wurde 8 min vor Beginn abgesagt. Die ganzen Planungen für ein Geburtstagswochenende mussten immer wieder verändert werden durch Absagen des Hotels - wir hatten uns so gefreut. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass es noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung gab, auch nicht auf Ansprache, dass wir traurig über die nicht eingehaltenen Termine sind. Das ist sehr schade. Ich wäre vermutlich nur halb so enttäuscht, wenn ich ein Bedauern über den Ausfall gehört hätte. So so schade....

Sehr schöne Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Bettwäsche war leider schon etwas verschlissen. Für Paare würde ich ein französisches Doppelbett empfehlen. Sehr schöne stilvolle Ausstattung. Immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Irgendwie war alles da, aber mein Zimmer im letzten Eck war wie eine Abstellkammer. Türe ging nach außen auf,--kein Platz sonst.... Das Bett in der Ecke, der Blick ins nichts, Bad- mini. Ich konnte sitzend auf der Toilette Zähne putzen. Da hilft der Glanz des Hotels nicht, das man zufrieden ist. Man sollte sich überlegen, ob so ein Haus dieses Zimmer vergibt....

Ein unvergessliches Wochenende”
Zunächst einmal fällt einem die tolle Lage direkt am Rhein auf. Das Hotel selbst ist gepflegt und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Empfang war offen, freundlich und informativ und die Abwicklung reibungslos. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und ruhig. Der Pool war ebenfalls einwandfrei. In der Bar wurden wir abends super umsorgt und das Frühstück war ausgewogen, die Eier(sorten) frisch zubereitet und es gab frischen Obstsalat! Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden, der Preis war fair und ich werde gerne wiederkommen, wenn es sich ergibt. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren übers Wochenende im Bellevue Rheinhotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) waren großzügig und sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und sehr zur empfehlen. Die Lage zentral und doch ruhig. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
