A short stay in this hotel, slightly far from the Munich City Center. ”
This is a new hotel so it's clean and quiet. Slightly far from the Munich city center but it's reachable by train within 20 - 30 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station and bus station. About 1 hour to Munich International Airport. The walkway from train station to the hotel is bit quiet in the night time but still manageable. Water pressure in the bathroom is strong and good. Room is clean and staff are friendly. Located right opposite to the IBM office and looks like it's in the industry area. Breakfast served in this hotel and the cafe is comfortable and clean. Overall is good.

This is a simple hotel. Room was clean but simple. There was refrigerator but no kettle. There was no proper kitchen facility to warm food or get hot water for tea. Staff was not much conversant with English. Hotel was at 15 minute walking distance from train station. In total it was just ok for the money spent

ヨーロッパ周遊するなかで過ごしやすいと感じたホテル。 ケトルが無いので、有ればいいなと思うが、売店でお湯を買うことができる。 室内空間が他ホテルと比べてかなり広いのと、トイレとシャワーが独立しているのは助かる。 ホテル内で洗濯•乾燥できるのも助かる。 いろいろ宿泊した中で好印象なホテル。

Modern basic hotel near the Exhibition (Messe) areal in Munich. Room was spacious, well-lit and very clean, but basic in terms of furnishings. Amazingly low price (by Munich standards!), but a bit far from the city center. However, a subway station is nearby and easily accessible. Summary: If you want to safe a few (quite a few!) bucks and you do not mind travelling a bit to reach the city center and do not expect much in terms of facilities, this place is perfect for you.

Coole Nacht mit Frühstück ”
Auf den Weg nach Norddeutschland aus Kroatien, perfekte Übernachtung mit allem was dazu gehört, leider könnte das Personal bei auschecken gar kein deutsche, musste mein gebrochenes Englisch einsetzen. Sonst alles picobello: Frühstück,Parken, Sauberkeit, Preis. Immer wieder gerne, vielleicht auch für mehrere Tage.

Gutes Hotel für kleines Geld unweit der Messe. Ansonsten gibt's nicht viel in der Umgebung, aber wer es nicht braucht, kann hier gut nächtigen. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das hat gefallen!

外国人の場合、最寄りの駅が住宅街にあって、地図アプリがないとホテルの場所探しに迷うかも。 公共機関やお店を利用する頻度が増え、慣れて来るとミュンヘン中心地への移動も楽に感じました。 場所に慣れると意外に良く感じます。 スタッフの対応も良く、施設対応のスタッフも多く掃除が行き届いているように感じます。
