Got sick for 2 days, recovered well becuase room was very comfortable. They kept providing basic ameneties to the room even without asking. Staff very helpful, took time to book me taxi going to sapporo station.

Staffs are helpful and polite. I left my iPad in the room, they reach me and keep the item for me after I back a day after. Room are clean, rather spacious and tidy, with all the necessary needs! Location is good. Many restaurants beside and places to shop is not far~ Excellent hotel!

5 mins walk from sapporo underground exit 14. On the way back we took taxi around 840JPY from this hotel to sapporo station to avoid dragging heavy luggages. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel is clean and nice if you want a place just to sleep after going around the place.Its near the shopping area ,convenient stores and restaurants.Its a bit confucing at first regardings its location but you'll get use to it.Its just you need to be up before 10am so that they either clean the room and take out the thrush.

予約するときにはすすきの地下道から遠いと思ったが、意外と近い、いい場所だった。 施設もきれいで新しい感があるし、スタッフも親切だった。 びっくりしたのは東京に戻る飛行機が夜8時だったのですこし休憩するためにもう一泊予約入れたんだが、スタッフが早めに気づいて対応してくれた。 そのおかげで同じ部屋で楽て休憩できた。 また札幌行くんだけど、必ず泊まる予定。
