Good location, bad internet speed”

The location of the hotel is great, in the city center and near mai attractions. The staff is nice too, they can speak English, and are helpful. However, the internet speed is quite slow, and the decoration is quite outdated. Furthermore, I ordered a double bed and got twin beds. In my opinion, what pays off is the location.

Kleine Klimaanlage aber tolles Restaurant ”

Super schöne Location aber keine Klimaanlage sondern einen winzigen Ventilator ist „mager“ für ein 4 Stern Hotel. Wir wollten 2 Uhr Nacht einchecken , auch so gebucht und der Rezeptionist war unfreundlich und sagte wir konnten nur um 15 Uhr einchecken. Dies war ind nicht bekannt und er sagte „er wusste nicht wo wir untergebracht sein konnten „ . Unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Wir mussten die Nacht im Auto verbringen. Das Zimmerservice hat das „nicht stören „ ignoriert. Das tollste was das Restaurant : schönes Essen . Auch eine tolle Lage . Schade …
