My stay was very pleasant and everyone was very helpful and hospitable. I loved my room, and the location is very central with a supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance. Breakfast could be improved with more variety and change. All in all, it was good value for money. Thanking all the staff for a very comfortable stay.

A Great Place for the Weekends!”
The hotel location is good, price is reasonable. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs, mobile balance reload machines, bars, all within walking distance, including the ones inside the hotel. The staff is lovely, and they used to have a nice brunch on Fridays at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean, there are no complications or long waiting upon checking in or out. Parking lots are available tho it's not easy to reach the elevators from there. I would recommend it for people who are visiting during the weekends.

We arrived early morning and the staff allowed us to check in. They are very accommodating and helful. The breakfast was basic but the service was awesome, we always asked for a beef bacon (this is not included in the buffet bar) and they're happy to serve it to us. I didn't try the swimming pool though but i heard from my family that it is also good. Maybe a quick deep during a hot afternoon would be great. Location wise its busy, a lot of small hotels around the area, bear the grand mosque, lulu supermarket is walking distance. A bit noisy at night because of the bars (from the hotel itself and others) Hotel rooms are good, comfy for a budget friendly accommodation.

Excellent hotel all round, cant fault it. I do not use the restaurant on my visits but do use their big Texas barbeque & waffle house for a good atmosphere with great food. The Friday brunch is great value.

During Eid, the hotel was pricey more than usual, and not so pleasant. We couldn't check in until 4 pm. People were fighting with the receptionists due to the massive delay tho they booked their rooms and paid for them days ago.

Location is in the central of Al Juffair. Near by the Oasis Mall. For the one who has a tour in Mina Salman I advise him to host himself in this hotel due to a perfect location. I like the food. There are lot of entertainment like bars and Gym and ball court.

Frosty welcome upon arrival, check in was a bit chaotic & staff not very polite, big room for improvement here. Room is spacious, but not very well lit - all areas are quite dark actually, not too sure why, but not a good feel. Room was fine until around midnight when it strangely began to stink of stale cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room…. I suspect it’s drawn into the A/C from the smoke filled bar downstairs… Smelt so bad I couldn’t sleep, really disgusting. Drinks are well priced in the bar…. Would not return.

The hotel is well located in the Juffair district with easy access to nightlife. It has a nice bar and restaurant for use of guests but unlike a number of other local hotels doesn't have a number of bars located at different levels providing a procession of inebriated visitors mvoing through the hotel and congesting lifts. Room quality is good and staff are very helpful and do their best to accommodate requests. Value for money wise it is hard to beat and hence it has become my default hotel in Bahrain.One note not only are the Agoda prices good the Agoda site captures the full range of rooms available unlike he Best Western site which strangely only lists base rooms.

Truly excellent reception staff and big rooms, but poor acoustics and terrible breakfast.”
The hotel is located in a pretty good location in the heart of Juffair and close to Juffair Mall. The experience started well. The reception was excellent and throughout the stay the staff on reception were truly brilliant; one of the best operating staff I've experienced. The room was big and airy and clean. However, the acoustics in the hotel were terrible with every little noise echoing down the corridor- they have no sound absorption material anywhere. Room service woke me early with a door knock, then proceeded to ring the bell and finally rang on the phone!!!! Breakfast was truly dreadful from an international point of view (the worst). It caters to Indians with most of the international food not being restocked and not fresh. The table arrangement on my second day was also horrible (in the ball room). So, overall, despite the efforts of the excellent reception staff, I would recommend staying somewhere else for the money.

Good Hotel with Nice facilities and Staff”
I had a wonderful stay with my family, the staff is very cooperative. They will respond in very quick time. Breakfast was also good, swimming pool was well managed. People who want baby cot, I will suggest them to call hotel at the time of booking for reserving cot specially for you. Overall I had a great stay there, since Juffair mall is also on walking distance.
