The daily housekeeping workers were amazing and extra professional. Provided us with new pajamas and towels daily and would make the room up even if we woke up late and didn’t leave the room until 3pm. Excellent front desk staff as well very friendly.

Comfy hotel with good amenities (microwave,kettle,ice maker,body sponge,pajamas,towel). Staff is friendly and nice. Taking bus to (s28)and from (s27) airport is more easier & cheaper than train. Subway is 7 minutes away , tv tower is 12 mins away. 7-11, lawson and family mart are nearby. Don donki and ippudo is 12 mins away. Towel is changed daily.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel on 26 to 29 November. 1. The location is quite good, not too far from Sapporo Station, Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, and Susukino. 2. The room is big and clean. 3. However, last night for us. The room next to us was noisy and it was 2 in the morning! I called to the front staff and he responded very well and came up to the noisy room right away, not one but two times! For me, I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a quiet neighborhood in Sapporo.

The staff took quite a bit of time to locate my booking. They sent my luggage directly to my room (as I left my luggage there during the previous stay) upon re-check in. Room is clean. Even though they do not clean the room every day(if u stay more than one night) they send the linen for you for change. The only set back is the room does not have a window that can be Opened. It is a little bit of walk from the Sapporo JR station

Hotel is just at Odori Park and is walking distance from attractions like TV Tower, clock tower, government building. Easy to get here to and from the airport via the airport bus shuttle. Definitely well recommended!

Brand new, value for money and very helpful staff”
The hotel was newly renovated - so the rooms were very clean and all looks brand new! My niece wanted to play with her new toy and we were in need of a screw driver, asked the reception for help and he gladly offered all the help we need, even found new batteries for us! Overall, was very satisfied with our 5 nights stay. The superior twin room was spacious and each bed was large enough to be shared with 1 adult and a small child. We woke up to an amazing spread of breakfast buffet every morning, all homemade, even their scones and jam. Walking distance is a little far to Sapporo station (around 20 mins), but it is near Odori station, where you can easily take the subway (only 1 stop!). Underground shopping at Odori station was great and the hotel is also near the famous Sapporo TV tower. Thumbs up overall!

Very good hotel and friendly staff”
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Although the room size is small, but it's a cozy and affordable hotel in the middle of the Odori Park. Walking distance to food, convenient stores, and Sapporo Tower. The only thing you need to pay attention is parking. I parked at the garage in the business building around the corner, and it is not cheap. But it is kinda expected at Sapporo downtown. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel.

Bang for the Buck”
I've stayed at four other hotels in Sapporo and this one is a nice balance between price, comfort and location. Our room was a little more spacious at a lower price point than a couple of the business-type hotels we previously stayed at in Sapporo. It is located along Odori Park, but the hotel is several blocks away from the nearest subway exit, which makes a big difference when one is traveling during the winter time over icy sidewalks. The hotel was newly renovated so the room was very clean, but the toilet was smaller than the standard western toilets I'm used to in the U.S. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and thank the staff for making the stay a pleasant one.

Good Business Hotel, Large Room, newly opened”
The hotel is new, with 70+ rooms, generous space compared to typical business hotels’ rooms. Located along Odori Park, where it is quiet. Mainly offices and hotels along this road. You will not find nightlife nor f&b at your doorstep. However, Odori Park subway station is about 8min walk away; and you will be one stop away from Sapporo JR tower (shopping) and Susukino (nightlife).

A tad expensive, a little walk from subway with luggages, but clean and modern”
Hotel is new, modern and decently spacious for a triple room. Air conditioning is disabled during winter but you may get the staff to unlock the windows for you to allow air ventilation and cooling of the room. Only gripe was it being a tad expensive compared to other hotels and the location was a bit of a walk away from the nearest subway stations (600m from Odori and 400m from Nishi Juitchome) - not very convenient with multiple luggage/bags in tow and carrying them up and down the flight of stairs. We also walked a lot to and fro from Sapporo station most of the time (1.4km) as the hotel is positioned a distance away from the subway stations. Spending 200 JPY/pax to travel via subway only covers 300m of the entire 1.4km distance as a bulk of that requires walking from the hotel to the subway station and from the subway station to Sapporo JR station where Daimaru and the big departmental stores are at.
