Расположение прекрасное, в самом центре, очень тихо, электробатарея в ванной, быстро сохнут вещи.
Окно выходит во двор-колодец, если не закрыть шторами - ты весь как на ладони у соседей, если закрыть шторы - с утра не поймешь, что уже светло, это очень неприятно. Очень маленькая комната, на одного. Одеяла, подушки из синтетики, на них неприятно спать. За такую цену можно найти гораздо лучшее жилье, я раньше так и делала, меня обманули фотографии, не было времени рассмотреть подробно.
