Okay hotel. Not a 4 star hotel though. The spa is not the best, the steam bath wasn't working. The room was okay, but a bit dirty ( there was a dirty sock on the couch when we checked in). Roomservice forgot to clean our room one of the 3 days we where there. Overall: Not that cosy, but but very large rooms and the breakfast is fine.

They provided us with a tiny room instead of promised 1bd apartment. Spa looks like it’s under reconstruction and I got infection soon after visiting spa.

Very Good Over all”
I was very satisfied staying in the hotel, we stayed in large apartment with 2 double bed, one in parents room and one in the living room. the AC was difficult to operate, but worked fine. didn't use breakfast, bought few things in the supermarket or coffee shops nearby. swimming pool was very good with exceptional opening hours 06:30-22:00, my kids loved it. noise at night from street (pubs) - but we were tired.. octagon station for tram and subway was nearby - very convenient, we will come again for sure, taxi to airport cost 8200 huf when calling Fo-Taxi, if using the hotel taxi - higher price.

Cheap weekend ticked all the boxes”
We literally could of been in a 4 star +hotel , well kitted out room with anything you need for a safe catering holiday as well as having the option of the use of the fantastic gym and spa facilities. Location was great and you been only a short walk from the main high street and bus routes. The staff were always polite and great to ordering us legitimate registered taxi's that had sent prices ( NOT free lancing Vehicles). Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone including my family and friends.

Great place to stay”
Although our stay got off to a rough start, since we didn't get the room we were promised, there was no extra bed in the room as promised etc. the hotel staff on duty fixed everything right away even though we arrived 2:00AM. The room we stayed in was nice, spacious and well equipped, and I can't say enough good things about the staff who accommodated all or requests and wishes. Great location in the heart of the city although you don't notice that in the rooms as the hotel itself was very quiet. Great facilities (pool, gym, sauna jacuzzi ) and overall exceptionally clean. We go to Hungary every year this was our second time in this location, and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

1 night in Budapest, great location, nice room with excellent view”
We have stayed in a doube design room . The room itself was nice, there are two amazing windows with two terraces including sofa, table and chairs, which is amazing, particularly i can imagine how beautiful it is in the summer, having a drink or a dinner on the terrace. The room itself was nice, the only exception was the jacuzzi in the bathroom, which it would be brilliant if it would work... unfortunately it was not working, so we had a simple bath. The spa it is very good, relaxing... next time i will try a massage. There is also a fitness room , free access, which is good. The total review it is great, i only would advise the staff to adjust the jacuzzi in the bathroom, since not working.. the room was the 107. By the way.. thank you! it was an enjoyable and great stay, i would come back again.

Great location nice place fab gym”
Amazing gym - used everyday and pool too. room big and everything we needed / full kitchen however no safe or towels in room but cleaned well and very happy with facilities. Towels given after requested. Showers weird in rooms. The shower head is at belly button height! Not helpful!

Very modern apartment style hotel”
Upon arrival to the hotel, I was a bit surprised that it was like a office building. However, the room that was allocated to us was amazing. It was like brand new! Everything is very clean and tidy, and I definitely think it is a First Class apartment style accommodation. The only bad point is that the internet and associated cable television weren't working since our arrival, and the receptionist was rather care less about having this fix in a hurry, because he went and had a smoke straight after I told him. There were no follow-up visit to check, nor fix upon departure. Because of this, overall I will give 8/10.

Exceptional”
Very nice apartment hotel with access to gym and pool. Rooms were cleaned every day and they even did the dishes. Room is as shown on the hotel pictures. Staff is helpful. Close to metro and about 7m walk to the city center.

Very good at a low price”
Good location with lots of places to eat nearby and close to public transportation. The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and of good standard.

Disappointing overall”
It's not a bad hotel, but given the very good reviews and the comparably high price (even though I booked half a year ahead) I was disappointed overall. The disappointments were: unmaintained room and building (mold in the bathroom, missing pieces in the bathroom appliances), little choice for breakfast, long way to the room (just one tiny elevator), pricy for Budapest. Also, when I asked for an ironing board, I got a broken one that was impossible to use. On the plus side, the staff was rather nice and the location is good.

Pros: great location, clean large rooms, friendly staff Cons: bed was not so comfortable, no regular shower (just bath with portable shower head). The breakfast (which had a nice selection) was cold. It was more like an apartment than a hotel. It would be wonderful size for a family.

The breakfast is a a very week point. Very little choice and quality is disputable. If the breakfast would have been acceptable I would say the hotel is close to excellent.

Not up to expectations”
Great location, poor quality breakfast, staff can't speak good English as there were a series of misunderstandings. We were told not to arrive too late within the opening hours for breakfast as the buffet is taken away before closing. Rooms are tired with chipped furniture and very basic amenities. Wellness centre has proper gym but the staff is not very experienced. I booked a massage and was booked on the wrong date, and I was then told the girl in the wellness centre doesn't speak good English.

The location is ok. Not so close to the city, and sometimes noisy hostel guests in the next door. But a nice distance from Margaret island for morning jogging and some nice restaurants and grocery shops close by. Breakfast is very good as well.

This should be a 1 star- The photos on agoda.com is not a true reflection of the rooms you receive”
A contingency of 3 individuals booked these rooms whilst on a 2day meeting. Each of us had the same view that we will never stay at Bliss again. The photos shown on the booking websites is not a true reflection of what you receive, I would say it is far from the truth. The 1st view, opposite the hotel the walls were graffiti-ed, the street was purely lit and smelt of urine every where. The breakfast room and meal felt like a roadside cafe, the ambience was poor, the chairs were uncomfortable, the food options were poor. The rooms were really apartments and walking to your room felt impersonal as if you were walking to your own flat. The lock on the door did not work and despite complaining this was never fixed. The room and living space was large and clean but that is as good as it gets, not even the TV worked.
