I gave 4 stars to staff and 5 stars to everything else. The location is 5 minute walk to the Metro station near the beautiful New York Cafe, which takes you to the historical district. We bought 24-hour BudapestGo Pass which can be used in any type of public transportation - very convenient. Great breakfast with many hot options and great coffee. I would have given 5 stars for reception staff if everyone of them is like Almos, who was always smiley and helpful. We talked to him twice, at check in and the night before check out to arrange for airport taxi at 4 am. He even made our breakfast to go before we even asked. The other guys could not even show me how to use the Bolt app (like Uber) and BudapestGo public transportation app.

Really good hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful and deserve much praise. After I checked out I needed to return to the hotel to get some help for a colleague who was in trouble and book a taxi to the airport. The person on reception was remarkably helpful even though I'd checked out that morning.

Amazing hotel”
The two of us stayed in the hotel for the last weekend of January. Coming to Budapest was my husband's 40th birthday present. I can't recommend this hotel enough, the staff was absolutely amazing, very polite and helpful. They gave us a great surprise at breakfast on the day of Chris's birthday which was a nice personal touch and we really appreciated it. The breakfasts were superb and we truly enjoyed relaxing in jacuzzi and sauna. We loved the location (we used a mix of walking and a public transport, so easily accessible from there). We felt well looked after. I can fully recommend.

Clean Hotel with Friendly and Helpful Staff”
Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Armin was really helpful (Thanks ARMIN!) in providing us with the things to do and see around budapest, which came with a really handy map of the city. They also sell "skip the line" tickets to the thermal baths which were priced the same as if you were to queue up on your own. Opted out of the breakfast as there were a lot of cafes within the city to have it, but the spread at the hotel looks pretty decent. Location wise, it's about 30 min by foot to St. Stephen's Basilica or 15-20 min by train, which is quite frequent. Buy 10 tickets at a go (Ft3,000) if you're going to be there for a few days. Single tickets will cost you Ft350 i think. The hotel isn't situated along the main road and the trail in is illuminated with street lamps, but i'd say go in pairs, just as a tourist precaution. The hotel has a nice Sky Spa (accessible at level 6) which was lined with artificial grass and beach chairs. It even has a jacuzzi.

Spacious and clean apartment”
We stayed in the apartment which was 50m walk from the main hotel. Hotel is located at a minor street away from the city center. Suitable for young couples/friends who don't mind walking. We used the bus which gets on and off just 2mins walk from the hotel. Very convenient.
