Clean, fresh and pretty! ”
The front office staff was helpful while checking in. The location is a bit walkable from public transport stop (S-bahn/U-bahn) which was the only drawback. Other than that there are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Found the room to be clean while entered which is a plus. Plain simple room. Bed comfortable, room quite small in area but quite high ceiling.

Not the best location, but good space”
The room was great, it had everything we needed and we were happy with that. The only problem is the location. There is not much around the area of the hotel (except maybe a good kebap place). It is not walking distance to any tourist sites however it is a 10 minute walk to the s-bahn and u-bahn and quite close to the team.

Decent hotel”
Stayed for two weeks due to business, overall an enjoyable stay. Location is good, easy 20 minute tram/S-Bahn ride to city center. Hotel is fairly new, nice lobby area and stylish interior. However, being there for two weeks makes you see the little things. Service overall was okay, not spectacular. Busy lobby, so often long waiting times for food. (Breakfast great though!) Rooms were quite large and stylish, but many small mistakes. Lights cannot be turned off from the bed, no power outlet by microwave, no hooks to hang stuff in kitchenette from. Also, all doors automatically close all the time which can be annoying. In general a good stay, decent value for money but don’t expect top notch. Updated and hip interior, but obviously had to save on some things. Would recommend staying for shorter time.

small rooms with limited storage, kitchen facilities. if you to make dinner, forget it. small bite in the morning, cuppa in the evening. fridge minute. supermarket 100mts away very good for supplies. easy access to munich center. we bought weekly tickets for the excellent transport system.

Clean place but pretty far from the city center.”
It’s a bit deceiving. The hotel is within walking distance of the train; however it’s min 30 minutes travel time to the center of town. If you want to be off the beaten path this is your place. It’s also quite a walk to restaurants but the grocery is just across the road, but no fridge or anything to keep food or snacks in. Room is small, but clean and quiet. The air did not work.

Desined hotel”
It was absolutely pleasant time in Bold. Stylish design with comfort atmosphere is what i want and bold hotel have it!!!! It is bit far from city and tram station. But it doen't bother me much except snowing day with suitscase. Staff are young people but really professional and very kind,good atmosphere. I highly recommend.

Value for money, comfortable but a tad bit far from the station”
The room was comfortable for two and hotel was clean. Only downside was that it's a little far from Giesing Station and it's not located near sightseeing places like Marienplatz.

Cool stay”
Very helpful hotel staff. we had a kitchenette and happy we went for this option and cooked 2 meals a day and prepped lunch due to us being veggies and we like having happy tummies. So this is a good perk if you think you can actually be bothered to do so or don't like eating out. The hotel is quirky and is a short walk from the metro and Aldi supermarket. You can rent bikes from here too.

Depends which room you get”
In general good, but I informed them regarding late arrival, but got the room just next to the entrance door, where everybody was smoking/talking/chatting outside and was able to look into my room. Quite inconvenient and I was not able to get the rest I wished. Totally not understandable, as I booked for 3 nights and they should be aware of it. As well, after a long day of meetings, I was looking to rest and dine in the hotel as I just was exhausted to go out to a restaurant, however at 8pm most of the dishes (especially the attractive dishes) where gone and only mini cheesburger and chips were left... Rest was ok, if you can forgot about these two lacks of performance.

You get a really great room - impeccably clean, nice minimal design and not too small. that's the only con. hotel is not in center, a 20 euro cab ride away. the hotel caters to young people, any guest over 30 would be considered senior. it has that kind of annoying young hip but unhip vibe. Staff is young and friendly but unprofessional. i.e my air conditioning didn't work. they said they will send someone to fix it but they never did throughout my 3 night stay. when i would ask again each morning, it's as if they never knew about it and would repeat that they would send someone which they never did. The worst problem - it's the only hotel in the world that has a CAP on internet capacity. if there are too many guests online. you won't be able to access internet. during our 3 night stay, we were not able to log on once and i heard several other guests complaining about it.

Really nice hosts! The hotel is a beautiful and original place, from the hall to the room, everything was great. Hosts were helpful when we arrived a bit early for check-in. Only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room.

Nice interior but not-so-good location”
The hotel itself is good, with great interior design and clean, comfy rooms. However the location is a bit far from city center than it appears on the subway map, and it's also a 10-min walk from the nearest subway station, so it becomes inconvenient for travellers who want to stay at city center late.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff!”
I loved the room! the kitchenette was extremely useful. toilet is clean and the soap provided smells great. the room is a tad small for me, though very cozy. floor is a little dusty but definitely acceptable. my favourite part is the balcony... had my own cooked meals at the balcony, sipping wine... great experience! would stay here again! price was considered high for me, probably due to Oktoberfest period. overall great!!!
