Excellent”

I booked an appartment for SR 400, but i guess according to facilities like breakfast, furniture, pool, it should be SR 300. Staff was good and always available to facilitate

If you have low budget then this is okay.”

The hotel has facilities like swimming pool, kids play area and cafe. We ordered breakfast it was not good, for croissant they used 7Days al Marai strawberry croissant, which you can buy from any grocery store. Orange juice was good and fresh. They gave us an old tinny room and there was a smoking smell, I request them to change the room as I booked non-smoking. They changed but they told me they do not have a non-smoking room. Not a very bad experience to stay in this hotel but we didn't like our stay here.

Old and Noisy Place”

Its a 1 star hotel based amenities and rooms decor. Lobby is nice but rooms and furnishing in the room is old. Park on site is plus but pool is very small and has small outdoor kids play area. Toilets are old and rusty. Noisy at night from the road traffic and air conditioning was not working.

Boudl Al-Fayha'a”

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Riyadh. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Gorgeous building though it's quite old, and it only gets more better when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Thank you so much.
