Clean and spacious room”
I stayed in 2 bedroom apartments, and the room is very spacious and clean. Fridge and kitchen utensil are available, including a pan. But surprisingly, there is no basic thing for service apartment such as microwave and stove ( I am not sure what a pan for) and I am a bit disappointed. It was a good one night stay, but I will probably will book other hotel apartment for next visit.

Fit for Certain Needs”
Close to Airport and Railway Station. On the mail road from Qasim to Riyadh to Eastern Province. So, it would be excellent for a stopover in Riyadh away from the hustle and bustle.

The staff were all courteous and friendly. The room in not that cozy. Interior is not good. The toilet layout is worst since the water closet and wash basin is too close. The toilet flooring is safety hazard. protruding tiles in the shower. Last time to stay here.

Went for a training so it was a quick one night stay. The hotel did not honor the request of two separate beds. They offered to send someone to separate the beds but never came. We were not given a key card to the room , no hand towels, only one bath towel for two adults. There was a sandstorm and the windows let in the sand despite being closed as well as make a howling noise due to the wind, which made it hard to sleep. The bed mattress was comfortable. Despite appearance and past good reviews(which was the reason I picked the hotel) I would not return to or recommend this hotel.

Bad impression check during checkin”
I book fews days earlier however upon checkin the room not available. I have to accept to upgrade another room with extra charges. Another worst thing is they did not give me an access card. Sounds stupid but real. Three time I request for a card but too many excuses. Fortunately my wife willing to stay inside room till next day.

All in all it was a very good and pleasant stay here at Boudl but the bad thing is that internet coverage and cell phone network is very poor at the place. If you use the internet to often I suggest to chose another hotel

refrigerator broken”
We recently stayed in Boudl Munsiyah for the second time. The first time, we had a nice room and a good stay. This time, our room was in poor condition with broken towel racks, no soap, no trash can in the bathroom, and black mold all over the bathroom door frames with water damage making it difficult to close the bathroom door. The worst part however was that the refrigerator wasn't working. We had to ask more than 4 times before finally on our second day the manager was called.....RIDICULOUS!!! Finally, the refrigerator was replaced, but after what??? Very disappointed.... I'm not sure if we will choose to stay there again....

Great place for families ”
Pros- 2 bedroom had 4 beds. Clean. Location was good for us, as we were driving in from Eastern Province. Lots of Fast food restaurants nearby. Easy access to highway and main roads. Next to new train station. Cons- bed was a little too firm for me, but we all slept well. There were no hand towels in bathroom or kitchenette. We will definitely stay there again when Janadriyah opens.
