super nice accomodating staff, very clean, great service, bathroom badly designed, once you shower, or wash your hands it turns to a big mess. not suitable for young children, no kids area like other hotels of the same chain, all furniture and marble have sharp edges. Away from city center, even away from the main street, streets around it are usually dense, no nearby supermarkets. nice place but wouldn't stay there for practical reasons

Very bad smell from the bathroom. Very small rooms. Dangerous windows if you have children,one window can't be locked and has no safety bars. Not enough parking. Poor internet. Staff are friendly.

Good but they need improvement. The sink was not draining water and the remote for tvs are over used. However the beds are clean and bathrooms with no bad smell.

حددت غرفة لغير المدخنين مع ذلك اعطوني غرفة ريحتها دخان وعند طلب تغيير الغرفة تعذروا بعدم وجود غرفة شاغرة، الحمام ضيق، السقف واطي وفيه نجفه تصدم في الرأس يجب الانتباه، لا يوجد أي شباك في الجناح. الموظفين والعاملين ممتازين جداً والسرير مريح.

النظاقة سئية جدا ورئحة بعد التنظيف كرهية والله لقد انصدمت عند الدخول المكان كئيب من الداخل سكنت في بودل الوادي تقيم أستثنائي ام هذا الفرع صفر والله لقد دفعت المبلغ عن طريق اقوادا وخرجت خلال ربع ساعة الي فندق قريب منه ودفعت مبلغ اخر لاجد النظافة
