Perfect for a girls trip!”
The location is a five minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof which is perfect for being close without the room being too loud. The two twin bed room option gives the cutest girlie sleepover vibes. The decor was glam-burlesque with playful attention to detail. Would stay again. 10/10

great location, friendly check-in staff and modern facilities- great beds, shower and lighting. unfortunately there was no aircon or fan which was unbearable during the heatwave. the cleaning staff also threw out items not in the trash and just walked into our room hours after it had been cleaned which was very awkward. the cleaning staff also take over the elevator so it took over 10 minutes to get from the top floor with our luggage on check out

Hotel decor is very nice, everything in the hotel feels new and works well. I had a single room which though small was perfectly functional and everything was well organised and nothing was lacking. The location is very convenient and is 3 mins walk from the hauptbahnhof and central bus station. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and had a great stay!

I had a small, single room, but it was well equipped and clean. Location is very close to the train station and the city center. Some Vagrants outside, but that is a problem with Hamburg - not the hotel.

Cute, clean, and central”
A nice little hotel that has a feel of being fresh and new. Tastefully yet interestingly decorated, very comfortable boutique feel in between budget and luxury. Staff were helpful, happy to speak English, and patient with any questions or requests. Just steps away from the central station on one side and cafes and bars on the other, yet still tucked away on a quiet street. My room overlooked a courtyard surrounded by residences, felt like a perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Great hotel 2mins walk from Hamburg Central Station. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, functional and the bed comfortable. Although it’s close to the central station it’s in a quiet street. Good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room is alright, location is very convenient and this is a reasonable price. It was prefect for one night stay, but I am not sure if I would like to stay longer.

Great hotel. Negative surprise with the receptionist this time”
Great hotel at a very convenient location right next to the main station. The rooms are new and comfortable. It’s our 2nd time staying there. Unfortunately the friendliness of the staff score gets pushed back significant by a single receptionist who made sure to show how unhappy she was to help printing a covid test result and booking a taxi. She huffed and puffed and gave us her best “not my job” impression. All other team members were the complete opposite: professional and friendly.
