Completely functional, could be an amazing stay with a little more effort”

We liked that there was a fully equiped kitchen, with all of the neccessary appliences and cutlery. The bed was comfy, the balcony was lovely and the bathroom seemed quite new. It took us maybe 7-10mins of walking to nearest bus/metro/troley stations, so we really appreciated that. The self checkin was a lifesaver.
The balcony was indeed lovely but there was a broken part of the table left there. It took up space unneccessarily and that seemed scary at first. The extended cable on the right side of the bed didn't actually work quite good so we ended up not using it for charging the phone or for the light on that nightstand in order to avoid any shortcircuits. The flat could be more cleanly and persons staying could benefit from having an extra pair of towels and a couple more toilet rolls.

All together was a good time, what I spend in the apartment. It was comfortable for 1-2 person.
The AC isn't work. The outside unit pipe was frozen after 10 minutes run. The insulation was missed. So, the inside temperature was high.

Very bad deal, too expensive rental price considering that the announced facilities are missing!”

No coffee machine in the flat and the TV is not working at all (no signal/channel), the owner admitted it after my complaint, although announced as a facility! The owner did not tell me that I should not use the washing machine, because it is a total waste: left it for 2 hours and when checked on it the clothes were half-dry and half-wet without any signs of cleanliness, and when opened it the water that left in the machine spilled everywhere! When asking the owner I was told that he will check it the other day, but afterwards within 15 minutes told that the machine is out of service… I have the screenshot of our chat and the photo of the washing machine and the TV, everything is documented. The frying pan and the cooking pot are very dirty, messy! For the reasons above I would say that this was a very bad deal, far too expensive rental price considering the fact that the announced facilities/services are missing or defective!

It's alright, the location is pretty good, the apartment is close to a bus stop, from which both buses can take you to the city center. It's also very close to a shopping center and a corner store. The bed was comfy :) Even with the flaws, I'd still recommend it for the location.
The water heater was so loud it actually woke us up a few times during the night. Whenever it made sounds l It also splashed a tiny bit of water. The toilet itself is actually a reverse flush toilet which we thought was a bit unhygienic. The bed was ridiculously squeaky and the nightstands weren't particularly stable. One of the stoves didn't work, not that it mattered much.

good value of money. good location. place is a bit more simple than on the pictures, but still it’s nice and has everything a traveller needs. it’s well heated in winter time. the apartment is very easy to find. you shouldn’t have any problem with self check in, the instructions are more than clear. management was fast to reply to all the questions

The place was advertised as equipped with air conditioning. There is an old A/C that hardly produces any cool air. If there was a table fan in the room it would have provided more cooling effect than the wall-mounted AC.

nice and quiet. good location. AC made the heat wave bearable, but it was working at top capacity for a 'bearable' (but not much more) result.
Communications could have been much better. The place is managed by a company, not an individual. I was unable to respond to messages they sent me through the Booking.com site, ended up using WhatsApp. They did not answer the phone on a Sunday and when I had trouble with the Wifi, I had to find a cafe to inform them about it, which did not happen til the next day. Luckily I had a friend with me, otherwise I would never have figured out the 4 different keys and 3 locks and would still have been standing there - unable to phone because no one would answer.

Don’t book there”

Decent location, clean.
Horrible host banged at the door and yelled at us to check out and leave property which left me crying. Threatened us with the police and swore a lot after entering the apartment. After we left he proceeded to call me on my personal number to ask where the key went even though we left it at the designated place. Experience can be described as horrendous or even traumatic. Not to mention the stay was already overpriced.

The location of this apartment is great. it's close to the train station, and the bus route. There is a great mall nearby. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.
The apartment was very hot when we first arrived. The AC is old and very loud, and it was a hassle to turn it on, as its cord was disconnected, we had to climb up on a chair to connect it, which was very unsafe. The blinds were stuck, we couldn't get them down to shield us from the harsh sun, not to mention we had no privacy at night. We contacted the host about this, they replied a day later, and said they would come the next day to check it out, which was too late. There was a bad smell that stayed for a whole day. The bed itself was uncomfortable, the board under the mattress was broken on the angle of the bed, and the whole bed would make loud noises whenever you made a move. We also found ants in the bathroom and a bigger bug in the kitchen.

Location is perfect. Center, shopping mall, Danube river, Margaret island, grocery stores, everything is near. the room was not very clean but spacious and cozy.
the owner was a bit irresponsible. We had to waste time for getting in the apartment because she gave us the wrong information. also she didn’t reply to my messages more than 24 hours. the bed was broken. the internet was unstable.

LIVE LIKE A BUDAPESTIAN”

Fully equipped apartment next to the world famous FLIPPER Museum. Supermarkets, Restaurants, Tram, Busses all close. 10 minutes walk to the Danube. Warm, cozy apartment, good for a stay of several days. I enjoyed every minute of my three nights!
