Location perfect, apartman is very nice, comfy bed, beautiful terrace. Very kind and helpfull comunication. Good and safe parking space.. apartman is 10/10 But!!! apartman is not clean. The glass in the apartman was dirty and had coffee stains. In the corner of the apartman i found chips and few empty bags of chocolate. I think that menager or the ovner of the apartman should change the cleaning Lady

Apartments equipment, location, size of apartment, value for the money, some good restaurants nearby, good comunication with owner except arround parking reservation.
Comunication and procedure with parking payment and reservation. First I payed for 3 days, than owner sent info that parking is only available for two days. We came in the morning, payed for parking on street, called owner who said that they didn't get payment...but they did. Too much stress to realize that parking garage nearby would be better solution in my case (Dormero hotel parking garage). Apartment was clean but outside/teracce could be better cleaned.

it was a great central location and was able to walk to everything ! the apartment was well furnished and was much bigger than expected. Loved both the shower and the sauna. was great that towels were provided.
nothing big but a small hairdryer of some sort would’ve been great. everything else was perfect

10/10. The apt is on the ground floor but it really has "sky terraces". Perfect as it is.
The main entry of the building would need some more frequent cleaning. Maybe they went a bit overboard with the security cameras over the terraces it is just not liked to be monitored that much while trying to have some privacy.

Very nice spacious apartment with one bedroom and a living room with an extendable sofa. We loved the little terace and the spacious apartment with dishwasher and everthibg else one could need. The comunication was great and very fast.
Unfortunatly there was only a little toilet paper, everthing else was great.

The location was perfect and you have everything near. The room is the perfect size and it has everything you can think of. It is amazing even for longer stays as the kitchen is well completed. It was really quiet and calm so you can really enjoy the stay. The host sent the indications on time.

We rented a ground floor apt with a bedroom and a terrace. The rooms were spacious, also the kitchen, I liked the toillete separate from the washroom, the terrace is small (different than the pictures) but could be useful for the smokers. Parking is easily accesible but a bit small. The location is great, 5 mins from the Opera and 10 mins from the Basilica.
The heating was set to a high temperature and did not go down even when set lower, so the rooms were very hot, even with the windows open. There was no hot water in the first evening but someone came to fix the issue.

Modern apartment with great location”

Good location. Modern apartment, spacious and cosy. Nice terrace, the sauna was a nice surprise. Although we never met the hosts in person they were responsive on the chat.
The door at the apartment entrance is difficult to open, would need to be repaired so that it doesn't touch and scratches the floor. The towels were cleaned but you could see that they are very old and used (a bit torn at the edges, with old yellow spots that would not disappear when washed). The bathroom with the toilet and a tiny sink is a bit small.

Nice spacious apartment located at a quiet neighborhood with easy access at metro and the city Centre. All necessary amenities where there and nice bed!
As the apartment was big some areas of it could improve in terms of cleaning and the description says that toiletries are provided however they were not enough for our full stay and we had to buy extra.

I was positively surpised to find a small backyard with a barbeque set and a 1-person sauna - plus a roof top space (though on top of a ground floor). Unfortunately I had no time to use it. The apartment was clean and the internet was working well.
