Location, location, location! It's very quiet as the rooms are inside the backyard, while once you open the main door, you already feel the city life. Many pubs are very close, up to 3 minutes to get there. Also, the connection to the Airport is excellent - the main Airport Shuttle is coming from Deak Ferenc Ter just less than a 10-minute walk from the flat!
I could not stay longer this time! :-)

Good, clean, In the center of Downtown, but not appartment on the photos.”

this appartment is in the middle of downtown - close to everything. Its really good place as a base to see the city. Everything was very clean, good quality of bathroom.
The biggest minus are the photos. It was a one big appartment splitted for two. more as half of this photos are probably from the second (superior) part. So if You think You are going to the appartment on the photos - You are wrong.

the location was fantastic, super close to everything but far enough away for a quiet night in if needed. Very cosy inside.
the door in to the property was very hard to use and sometimes was worried of waking neighbours up due to struggling with door.

Location. Near the city centre. Pretty clean. Nice apartment to stay, without major issues. Easy check in. Recommend.
Opening the door was pretty tricky,doorlock should be changed. Also, the hot water in shower was not constant and window is just one in one room,but the big one. And just my opinion,pillows were really flat.

The location is perfect. Sleeping room looks very nice and the bed was comfortable. There are spacious wardrobes to store clothes.
The main kitchen equipment was missing (pan and pot), so ti was impossible to cook something. There wasn't hairdryer. The toilet door handle is unreliable. Any table was missing.

Excellent location
The rental price is relatively cheap, but please note, the pictures are incorrect and in fact you get something else. Very small, dirty apartment. The kitchen is so small and disgusting that it is impossible to get into it. The fridge did not work. No heating, the internet shuts down every few minutes. There is no steady stream of hot water to the shower. The sheets are so old they have already turned yellow. There is not even a chair to sit on. The place is simply unworthy and unpleasant to stay in. Recommend looking elsewhere.

Great location - centre of everything
Lot of home appliances were either broken or missing (Fan in the bedroom was half broken. Hair dryer was broken. Coffee machine (Moka Cafe) was missing. Fridge was almost broken causing the contents stored inside soaking wet. Mold was terrible in the shower. No AC (which was stated) but due to poor ventilation it was quite humid and dark. Despite having many beds, only two high chairs available in the kitchen and no real space to eat together as family.

The place was in a perfect spot but its potential is wasted with poor management.”

Location was perfect.
The owners were irresponsible. They couldn’t get us any hangers(????) and the code lock for the building complex was changed one day, new one was provided to us only the next day. Boiler needed to be restarted almost every day so warm water wasn’t always available and the appartement next to us was also dependent on that same boiler. The sunlight we got was from the one and only window we had and it was hard to open because the cupboard and TV were in the way.

Be aware of misleading photos and advertising”

Nothing as I was misleading with the pictures.
I booked the apartment in the photo. You gave me a dirty little apartment with a tiny room without windows. No dining table. No seating area....horrible experience. No compensation. No support, no communication. Also, one apartment keys open both of the apartments
