Great accommodation!”

We enjoyed staying in this apartment, it met our expectations. Perfect location, easy access to keys, privacy, great price-quality ratio!
The only small inconvenience were the overfilled trash cans outside in the main hall, which were kinda odorous. Also, there were slippers for guests, but they were obviously worn and dirty. Maybe disposable slippers would be a better option. But overall no fatal problem :)

Very nice apartment in a perfect location”

A nice apartment in a perfect location to discover this beautiful city. Rooms were comfortable. It's into an elegant and quiet building in one of the main street of Budapest. Metro and bus are very close to the apartment. Next to the door there is a good place where have breakfast!
Apartment maintenance was lacking, slow wifi.

Good location, close to the metro station. Comfortable apartment for 4-6 persons.the check is very simple and the host available for any questions.
The apartment is in an beautiful old building in the ground floor, but is the whole day in the shadow and it is very humid. There are only 2 pans in the kitchen, water heater and machine for coffee. No available washing powder in kitchen, the hairdryer is not-working, ...

Awesome location, nice flat but cleanliness could be better”

Interior is nice and location is perfect! Not far from restaurants, shops, metro station or town! From photos it looks very nice and luxurious, but when I entered the flat I was a bit disappointed. It still looks very nice, but walls were a bit dirty and floors looked like nobody cleaned it.
Dont forget to check all important information, we almost missed the information about deposit - you need to pay it a week before check in! The flat wasnt really clean, the floors were very dirty so it made us very uncomfortable. We had to hoover there after we found the vacuum 😄 Also, we didint find any tablets for dish washer, so we couldnt use it. The accomodation in general was good, but hppefully this feedback helps you and you might look into the cleaning a bit more.

disappointing, great potential but the ball was dropped in all areas”

The location is nice but parking is a hassle if you plan on driving a car.
I wish I had more good things to say about this place but unfortunately it was incredibly disappointing. It is clear that it is run by a management company which perhaps is where the problem comes in. There is not enough oversight on the maintenance and unfortunately the apartment suffers in cleanliness, attention to detail, and customer service inquiries. our first night we could not get the heaters working and no one was able to respond to our messages. There were cigarette burns and stains in the sofa and food all over the wall, yellow staining on the curtains, spiderwebs in the corners of the rooms, it was clearly not being cleaned. The whole apartment was dingy. The upstairs bathroom emitted a very unpleasant odor until the downstairs shower ran for a little while and then the smell cleared up. With some love and proper attention this place could be an unbeatable apartment rental. Please straighten up your management and get someone to pay closer attention to this rental.

Easy to work away and gain access good location few cafes beside the apartment the apartment was very spacious the aparment is beautiful inside it has all the amenities
Only thing that could have been better was that the room had a few things, like toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid, we stayed for the long weekend and were travelling from ireland this would have been helpful

Очень грязно в аппартаментах. От этого находиться в них некомфортно. Выбирали аппартаменты с высоким рейтингом, но как они его "заслужили" остаётся загадкой. По порядку. Вход в аппартаменты через арку-двор, при входе стоят мусорные баки от которых прилично воняет, пока пройдешь эти 30 метров - от тебя не запах парфюма, а каких-то отходов. Двор ушатан. В квартире над аппартаментами идёт ремонт, в 8:00 проснулись от звука перфоратора. На фото аппартаменты кажутся просторными, на самом деле это изначально была квартира около 45 м2 с потолками метров в 6, которую переделали в двухуровневую. По факту потолки ну максимум 2,10 метра. Давит. Не комфортно, а для фото специально снято специальный объектив. Диван в гостиной грязный, затаскан, с пропаленными сигаретами местами. Мы заезжали на 4 ночи, неужели нельзя было подготовить аппартаменты. На полотенцесушителе пыли в "палец", да и вообще пыль и грязь - везде (фото прилагаю). В аппартаментах очень сыро и холодно. (Темп на улице при этом была +20 градусов). Это, в том числе, из-за расположения на первом этаже здания. Не рекомендую за эти деньги (505 € за 4 ночи). Даже если бы это стоило 300 евро - тоже не рекомендую.

- Świetna lokalizacja - Sprawny kontakt - Ładne i zadbane miejsce. Wcześniej w komentarzach czytałam o tym, że nie jest zbyt czysto. Nie wiem czy akurat mieliśmy szczęście, czy właściciele zaczęli się bardziej starać, bo nie mam nic do zarzucenia. Wiadomo ściany troszkę brudne, ale nie da się utrzymać ich w idealnym stanie w wynajmowanych miejscach. - Należy mieć na uwadze kaucje przy większej liczbie osób, jednak bez problemu w całości oddana
Przydałoby się troszkę więcej tabletek do zmywarki niż jedna na cały pobyt na 8 osób.
