- location - facilities and cleanliness - price The apartement was very nice, spacious and comfortable with very good location in the centre of Budapest. There was everything that we needed. The furniture in the accommodation was quite modern and well-preserved. We really enjoyed stay here.
- the description of the accommodation mentioned the possibility of parking for 10 euros per day, it was one of the reasons why we chose the accommodation. After booking the accommodation, we were informed that it was not possible to reserve a parking space, but we were offered other alternatives. However, parking in the nearest parking garage was much more expensive and the fact that we arrived with two cars made the stay quite expensive.

Great apartment in great area!”

The property was located in an amazing part of Budapest. It was in a very lively area, however we weren’t disturbed at all. The apartment was perfect for us as a family, more then enough space. Very clean & tidy & loved the balcony too.
The only thing was that it was very hot. It could have done with air-con, having said that what we did appreciate was the fact that they provided some fans but getting ready was hard in the heat.

Location-easy to reach center Terrace-nice to drink coffee in the morning The main bedroom was spacious and the beds comfy.
It was not that clean-dressing dusted, windows dusted and the pots from the kitchen were still oily, some of the chairs in the kitchen were with spots, bathrooms were not that clean. Apartment had old things left in the dressing or kitchen, bathrooms looks used and old. One coffee machine that did not work properly, old and used microwave, stove,etc. Pretty cold in one bedroom. Wifi was not working.

the apartment wasn't in a good condition, we were 7 people and it was the less equip apartment we stayed in Budapest. when I asked for extra towel or hand soap, dishwasher tablets, they said we should pay extra for that. Didn't like the attitude and the apartment condition

Top location, but very tired, disfunctional and dirty....”

Location and nice terrace.......but that's all, unfortunately....
The apartment needs to be renewed and especially cleaned! There are clumps of dust everywhere, the kitchen is sticky, the fridge is frozen, not lit, the chairs are spotty, the curtain is short and does not hold, window blind are not functional, shower was out of order, washing machine too.... On the terrace is a rotten, peeled table and only two chairs!

Not worth your money and many defects”

The stay started off wrong with a message on arrival day that I hadn't fulfilled the €150 deposit and they wouldn't be able to send me the check-in details if I didn't do that immediately. I had however made the deposit 2 days earlier, right after their first request. When I answered with this, I didn't receive an answer for an hour and a half. We're now in the afternoon of the day of arrival and I'm calling them to straighten this out. Turns out they made a mistake and my deposit was there anyway. Honest mistake, no harm done. However, the check-in details were only sent just before 15:00. Very stressful to be in Budapest with wife and 3 young children, not knowing if you'll have accommodation. Entering the apartment (not loft), it was immediately apparent that it wasn't very clean: overall state of the floors, kitchen was not very clean, fridge smelled, dishwasher was still loaded, a used tissue was found underneath the bed. Onto the more obvious defects: top rack of the dishwasher was simply broken off, the slates for one of the beds were broken, the shower is "being fixed" - you'll see this in more reviews, one of the mattrasses is simply not fit for adults (or even kids) to sleep on. Onto the simply dangerous things: there is black mold in the bathrooms and there are heavy windows on a slanted wall which could be opened by small children and hit them in the head. Even as an adult, I had to be careful while opening them and nearly walked into them a couple of times because you simply don't expect them there. It was also extremely hot in the apartment and it's difficult to cool down, even with the multiple fans provided. Because I had made a deposit for potential damages, I wanted to notify the hosts of the defects I spotted upon arrival. They were responsive at first, but gave me an empty answer saying "thanks, we'll double check that".

No seating area to relax. If you wanted to sit down it was either in a bed or dining chair Balcony very slippery when wet, no warning signs of this. I slipped and have hurt my elbow Main shower out of order, only had a shower over bath and no curtain so had to wash each others hair by leaning over bath. Difficult to gave a good shower. Working shower was through another guests bedroom

The house we stayed at had several positive aspects that made our stay enjoyable. The first thing that stood out was the spaciousness of the house. It had a lovely balcony with big windows that offered plenty of natural light. This made the house feel bright and airy, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the house was equipped with 7 beds, making it suitable for a group of 6 people. Another aspect we appreciated was that the house was generally clean and well-maintained. The towels and bed linens were fresh and clean, and the house was free of any major dirt or debris. This made it easy for us to feel comfortable and at home during our stay. The house was also well-equipped with basic amenities such as towels and bed linens, which made our stay more convenient. Additionally, the location of the property was perfect. It was central to many popular attractions and points of interest which made it easy for us to get around and explore the area. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet during the winter season which made it a great place to relax. Finally, we found the housekeeper to be very helpful and responsive. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, which made our stay more comfortable. Overall, the house had many positive aspects that made our stay enjoyable, and it was a great base for exploring the area.
During our stay at the house, we encountered several negative aspects that detracted from our overall experience. One of the main issues we had was with the comfort of the beds. While the house had 7 beds, one of them was not very comfortable and felt a bit worn. This made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Another issue we encountered was with the cleanliness of the house. While the house was generally clean, we did notice dirty spots on the floor and some areas where dust had accumulated. Additionally, there was an egg stain on one of the curtains and a broken wooden slat under one of the beds. These issues made it clear that the house could benefit from some extra attention in terms of cleaning. Furthermore, the smell coming from the fridge was not pleasant and we had to clean it. Also, the shampoo provided was not enough, so we had to purchase more during our stay. This added an extra cost to our stay that we were not expecting. While the house had many positive aspects, the issues with comfort and cleanliness were significant enough to detract from our overall experience. The location and neighborhood were great, but the cost of stay was not worth the issues we faced. It's important to note that while this house had some shortcomings, it's always a good idea to read multiple reviews before making a decision on where to stay and to keep your expectations in line with the price you paid for the accommodation
