It's a nice stay, rooms are quite and comfortable bed. Not so spacious but it's fine for a quick stay, your surrounded with many shops and a mall made everything convenient. Suggestions: A Mall shuttle every hour would make the deal more valuable

Great Location, very clean hotel”
Recommend this hotel as it is just opposite to Nakheel mall and breakfast was great with live stations. Hotel cleaniness is super and they were good to extend the check-out to 2 PM.

Suitable for quick stop. It's not connected to Nakheel mall. I don't think you cross the highway on foot. No stoplight. You need a car to go to the mall. The is basement for car parking. Staff are cooperative

Hotel staff needs customer service training”
A staff ran after me even when I flashed my hotel key card. He doesn't speak English at all but kept demanding I hand him my card. I repeatedly asked what is the matter, the other hotel guests (local guests) were not treated the same way as I observed earlier upon checking in. I guess the staff are not used to seeing a woman on her own, let alone a foreign woman who checks in a hotel on her own. I don't know what his problem was, but obviously that man needed customer service training. Also the doorman, I had to give him a look and nod at the door so he would open it for me because i had my hands full. See, simple things like these are important when you work at the service industry.

Never come back, there’s noisy sound coming from the upper floors so I couldn’t sleep. It was bad day next morning because I didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was cold when I came 6 AM. My room was 2034 and as you know they keep the garbage on the hallway front of my room always was bad thing to see everytime when I go in or out the room. I separated the water pressure from water sprinkler in the bathroom because leaking

New hotel good in general with little missings”
The hotel is good but the service is slow and the cabins not designed to fit for our tradition wear (thobe) it is too short and fits only for t-shirts.

Pros: underground parking, good location, very comfortable and the friendly staff. Cons: most of the facilities we're not ready to use (still under construction), not all the elevators were working! And the coffee machine in my room had inside an expired milk so you can imagine the smell !

When I stayed they had no facilities at all and the western elevators weren't working, good parking spaces and in addition they have underground parking which is very important in hot summers and the coffee machine had a fermented milk inside it has not been cleaned although its the client issue.
