Within 5 minutes walking distance to Han Market, and there is a mart right next to the building. Geographically, it was the best choice, and I was very satisfied with the room size and condition. Personally, I didn't have high expectations for breakfast, but it was diverse and even suited my taste buds that don't like spices. The staff serving breakfast were kind, and I started my day feeling good every morning. However, I sometimes heard banging noises at night, which sounded like a fight next door, or one day it sounded like it was from the top bar. I only heard it briefly and didn't pay much attention to it, but it could be a bit noisy if you are on a high floor. (For reference, I was on the 5th floor). I had a good rest at a reasonable price, and if I go to Da Nang again, I would choose this place again ^^

Excellent value for money, the best hotel for Shindong couple”
As a couple who always stayed at 5-star resorts with our children, we booked the Brilliant Superior River View for our 7-night, 8-day trip to Danang. We didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be the best value for money accommodation we've ever stayed in. First of all, the location was very convenient, right in the city center near the Han River, with easy access to shopping, massages, restaurants, and currency exchange. Second, the room was very comfortable and spacious for the two of us, even though it was only a 4-star hotel. The only downside was that the fridge wasn't very powerful. Third, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the doormen. They quickly addressed any issues we had. We're already planning our second trip to Danang and have booked the Brilliant again.

Great location, cleanliness, and friendly staff”
First of all, it was close to the airport and I was relieved that the receptionist was waiting even though I arrived in the early morning! The room view was clean and as desired, and there were many Korean restaurants, cafes, and the Pink Church within walking distance. Above all, the male staff member who opened the door and carried my luggage while going back and forth was very kind! After check-out, I needed money to exchange urgently, but he had dollars ready and exchanged them for me, so I was grateful. If I have a chance to go to Da Nang again, I want to stay here at Brilliant!

Hotel very close to the Hanok Village”
The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the Han Market. There are many good restaurants and bars around the hotel. The rooftop bar is nice for cocktails, but it's a bit pricey. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. If you choose a river view room, you can see the Dragon Bridge, which is beautiful at night. The only downside is that everything in the hotel is expensive, including the water. Also, be careful when shopping in the Han Market, as some vendors may overcharge you if they know you're a tourist and don't speak Vietnamese.

I had a wonderful experience with my family on our trip to Da Nang and stayed one night at the Brilliant Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. It is opposite the Songhan river- We could see directly to the street , Bridges river view and the city center. Hotel is excellent and modern Room was comfortable-beautifull wide- very clean. I am very impressed with all the staff here, they always smile and say "hi ", Specially Ms Kim Tam and Bich Ly, They were friendly, helpful and speak good English. Always cheerfully willing to assist with our requirements,Breakfast had a lot of variety and delicious we will come back to Brilliant hotel in next year.

Great location and views”
Perfect location on the river. The rooms with the river view on the higher floor are great. We could watch the dragon bridge breathing fire in the evening, the Sun Wheel lights at night and boats. Comfortable room, clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Close to the market and nice restaurants. Would stay again. Ran out of time to try the spa as it was a short break but it’s available.

Best and newest hotel in the area”
It’s super conveniently located a block from Han Market and right across the street from the Han River with a view of the dragon bridge. It’s rooms are big and clean with room service cleaning every day. I would just recommend that they find a better chef as there was a variety of breakfast food that changed every day but the flavoring was rather bland and meat tough.

Staff always attentive & ready to help with a smile from lobby door to buffet breakfast. Got upgraded to Jr. Ste & the view is fantastic of the bridges & river. Huge room clean & well kept with a view even in the large bathroom. Breakfast is good & location is walkable to Han Market & bridges on both side & lots of restaurants, bars, and street food. Good value.

This hotel does everything right! All of the staff were very helpful, but the hotel porters were the best! They were very attentive. My room was very clean, necessities were provided, and the view of the Dragon Bridge was perfect. The breakfast buffet was tasty and filling. I visited the sky bar, but it started raining, so I didn’t get to enjoy time there. Overall, this was a great experience. I will definitely stay here again!

Brilliant choice for staying at Brilliant Hotel!”
Lobby aesthetic is appealing and most importantly environment is clean. Great location (middle of han bridge and dragon bridge, with han market right behind) - super convenient to get to hotspots and lots of good food nearby! Service is also superb! The staffs went the extra mile to retrieve back my shaver that was accidentally disposed by the housekeeper. Highly recommend and will stay again in future!

Excellent value for money 2 Bedroom Premier Apartment”
A fantastic local hotel with very hospitable staff from front of house to the porters, wait staff, chefs and also the maintenance person. Our 2 bedroom premier apartment cost as much as an international brand name 2 bedroom apartment but it is definitely more luxury than the international brand name, even comes with 2 sets of mini chandelier, a spa and a sauna . It is a little tired and could do with a little touch up but it offers excellent value. The space could easily fit a dozen adults. Comes with breakfast for 4 adults which were sumptuous and had great variety. Great location and convenient walk to many places.

BRILLIANT hotel ”
This hotel definitely deserves its title. Sadly we were only here for one night and we didn't want to leave! The room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've had. Spa and pool facilities were excellent and we were given some great vouchers for the restaurant and spa. The staff went above and beyond, including bringing a birthday cake to our room without us telling them we were celebrating a birthday! Really recommend and would absolutely stay again :)

Amazing find in Da Nang!”
Definitely will stay again if we return to Da Nang. This hotel has my highest score in all aspects, we took advantage of the day time spa with 30% discount, the hot stone massage was a two thumbs up. We stayed in the Grand Suite for two nights ,room was sparkling clean, I strongly recommend this hotel, a jewel by the Han River front.

Must specially mentioned the front office staff (bell boy) Huan. Very helpful, even went extra to help us get back our overcharge on taxi fare fr airport to hotel which we did not expect at all. Great view & professional staff”
We were really happy with our room with the river view (30% river/ 70% city view - no dragon bridge). Amazing service by staff who were professional and friendly throughout our stay. Rooms were clean & fresh, quiet. Nice hot shower. Good selection at breakfast - view was the best part there seeing the Dragon bridge. Good central location, but due to the heat we did often take a Grab bike rather than walk. Would stay again.

we stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful stay. right from check in till check out we were looked after well by staff. clean rooms , good view from 15th floor, caring staff, good breakfast including a vegetarian dish they prepared for us ( part of complimentary breakfast!) . love to stay here again!
