Didn't manage to get into the booked room and no compensation after”
Unfortunately, I hadn't have a chance to use the room I payed for. I followed the instruction provided, but it wasn't detailed enough for me to find the key from the room. It's a private house in rural area near airport, there is nothing like reception, you have instruction from the owner via email how to get in. I tried my best to figure out what should I do, where to find the key, as it was night and I really wanted to sleep after the flight. But it ended with nothing. So I just went and tried to find other hotel available at 03:20 am) Dropped an email to the owner about the situation that occurred. As it was at night, I understand no one will be in touch, but hoped for some solutions in the morning. But the unpleasant thing is that Alexander, owner of the property, just said that it was the first time such situation happened and he could't help me now in no way. That I should have asked before. Well, it was hard for me to understand before that I will face difficulty) And no solutions or kind of compensation were ever proposed. So that's my impression. The house itself looks nice from the outside, the yard is nice as well. Problem-solving yet is under question.
