Amazing and sunny!”

Perfect locaton, in the heart of the center! Everything you need is around the location, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The appartment has a great sunny balcony, a big plus! The host, Peter, who welcomed us, was very friendly and smiling, we really appreciated it. He gave all information, he was very accurate and he recommended places to eat. It was clean and smelling fresh at arrival. I really recommand this place!

The appartment is in great location, clean and comfortable. Right above the gozdu court wich is full of restaurants and bars. Facillities are great. we stayed at winter and it was warm and cosy. The host is very nice and comunicative. For us, this is the place to stay in budapest.

Fantastic lively location. Excellent cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Apartment has everything you need for your stay. Appreciated the washing machine and coffee pods. Our host was very personable and we highly recommend this apartment for easy access to all of Budapests beautiful sights.

The perfect base for getting to know Budapest well whilst staying in comfortable and fun surroundings”

Great location in a very central part of Budapest close to all kinds of bars, restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to several nearby sights, and to tram or underground stations for exploring further afield. Check in was smooth with two very friendly and helpful hosts who also gave good advice on things to do and getting around. The apartment is well and fully equipped, comfortable with air conditioning in both rooms and with a great balcony large enough for 2 to sit comfortably and enjoy the fine weather
Since it overlooks a major courtyard full of bars & restaurants it could get noisy at times. However, with the windows closed it was never so noisy that it disturbed us or kept us awake at night

Very noisy”

The kitchen was well equipped
The guy at reception has no English and is the most unhelpful person ever. We were leaving at 3am for the airport there was a group of guys that had just arrived from England and had no idea how to get to there apartment and were quiet upset because the guy in reception wouldn't be bothered to try and help them luckily we were familiar with the place by then after having the same experience and could show them where to go.It's fine if your there to party until 5.30 am the music and the noise level was extremely loud. The apartment is very dated. Its doesn't have a pool or a gym there is a gym next door that you pay for and don't even have a discount, a friend of ours was staying on the 3rd floor a different hotel name and they had a discount for the gym. So the photos are very misleading.
