The rooms are spread across various buildings nearby and the lifts are small. However the rooms are spacious and are well equipped. Non availability of nodal contact is an issue though to address queries apart from writing mails. The plus point is the location.

I was kind of worried at first because I read some not good reviews but this apartment is so fine! It was in the best, best location and the staff was nice. (Just call them 30 min. before you do the check-in) The apartment is CLEAN, bathroom is very modern. It’s not a hotel, so they don’t offer every day cleaning service. It’s very good for a short stay.

원룸같이 생긴 작은 방 안에 있을 것이 다 있습니다. 개인 샤워시설, 작은 부엌, 특히 전자렌지가 있어서 한국에서 가져간 간편식을 데워 먹기가 좋아서 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 오래된 건물에 리모델링을 잘한 것 같습니다. 가성비 좋은 숙소로 추천합니다.

하룻밤 잘만합니다. 호텔 비슷하게 이름을 해 두었지만, 에어비앤비와 비슷합니다. 체크인 시간을 알려달래서 미리 알려주고 오케이 답장까지 받았는데 답변도 없어서 한참 헤매고 기다렸습니다. 10시 체크아웃이라 여유도 없습니다. 숙소는 레지던스 주소에서 5분 정도 떨어져 있었습니다. 전화받는 여자 직원 태도 별로입니다. 이 가격이면 에어비앤비가 낫습니다.

도착30분전에 전화를 해야 스텝이 와서 체크인 해주는 시스템이라 전화사용이 불가하면 난감할수 있을것같음. 체크인한 여자직원은 매우 친절함. 공항버스 내리는역에서 캐리어끌고도 5분정도면 도착하는 위치라서 좋았음. 5분이내 거리에 마트 2개 있음. 대로변에 있기때문에 차소리가 다소 들릴수있어서 예민한 사람은 불편할수있을거같은데, 내가 묵은 방 방향이 대로변쪽으라 그럴수도 있음. (내부는 좋은데, 외관은 늦은 밤에는 무서울수있음. 저녁에는 1층 비밀번호, 숙소현관, 방문 3중 보안이라고 볼수있음. 카드키는 아니고 열쇠라서 조금 번거로울수있음) 침구랑 방은 깨끗하고 간단한 컵, 와인오프너, 포트, 전자렌지 구비되어있음 (단, 불은 없음) 수건도 숙박일수에 맞춰서 넉넉하게 제공됨. 체크아웃 후 짐보관 가능한데, 도보 10분정도 거리에 있는 사무실에 맡겨야함. 짐맡길때나 찾을때 확인을 따로 하지 않음.

Lovely place”

Очень удачное расположение. За эти деньги прекрасное место. Все новое. Есть плита и посуда. Симпатичная ванна. Кондиционер хорошо работает на отопление. Метро, магазины, рестораны - в 2 минутах от двери. Высокие потолки. Из минусов- нет чайника, нет морозилки, высокая слышимость, горячая вода, как я поняла, не центральная, а с бойлера. На второго может не хватить) недорогой неортопедический матрас - не всякой спине будет комфортно. В целом, на 1-2 ночи за эти деньги в центре очень неплохо)

Location is central but the entrance and the building is horrible. Elevator is about 50+ years old. Floors are uneven and broken and sewage smell is very evident. Apartment was very small but clean.
