불친절, 숙소상태 더러움”

1. 늦은시간 밤비행기로 도착하였으나 호스트는 나타나지 않았고 추운곳에서 1시간이상의 시간을 기다렸습니다. 주소는 맞는데 호텔 간판이 없고, 에어비엔비 유사한 시스템이라 잘못 왔나 헷갈립니다. 낯선 곳에 호스트가 안나타나니 갑작스러운 호텔부킹을 해야되는 상황 자체가 당황스러웠고, 호스트는 제가 연락을 안했다고 합니다. 인테넷문제였나 싶어서 친구랑 메세지,이메일로 확인하였는데 제겐 문제가 없었는데, 사과는 전혀없었습니다. 1-1. 도착 10분전이라고 메세지를 보냈는데, 저의책임을 묻고 규정에 늦은 체크인은 10유로 추가 문구가 거슬렸습니다. (추가요금은 받지 않았음) 2.위치는 좋으나, 눈에뛰는 간판하나없고 아파트 속안에 있는 방하나입니다. 호텔이 아니며 건물이 매우매우 오래되었습니다. 세면대 배수구도 손으로 직접 아래에서 당겨야 함. 변기 지저분 함. 수도꼭지 고장. 온수조절 안됨. 쾌쾌한 냄새. 소음 3.케리어가 있었음에도 불구하고, 저에게 계단을 이용할거냐, 엘리베이터 를 이용할거냐 묻습니다. 이것은 고객을 무시하는 태도이고, 불친절하게 전달 불편했습니다. 4. 영어는 정확하고 쉽게 말하지만, 여태 몇십개국을 돌아다니면서 이렇게 불친절하고 딱딱한 호스트는 처음입니다. 오랜 비행으로 피곤하여 그냥 좋게 넘어갔지만 모든게 마음에들지 않아 후기를 쓰게 만드네요. 이곳을 절때 추천하지 않습니다.

호텔이라고 생각하고 했는데 아파트 먼트 였습니다. 도착해서 간판이 없어서 ;;; 도착 하기전에 왓츠앱으로 연락 꼭하고 가세요. 체크인2-3시까지 직원이 오지 않으면 못들어가요 현금으로 받아서 당황스러웠다. Atm 돈을 뽑아 내라는데 수수료 부담스러워서 시내에 나가서 환전했다. 이용 하시려면 현금 챙기싶쇼
