Thifts”

We arrived to the hotel at 5pm and one lady take our reservation and our passports to make check-in. She asks us to wait for cleanning the room. Half hour later, the manager said us that the hotel doesn't work with Agoda and request us to pay in cash and reclaim our money to Agoda. We refuse to pay... 10 minutes later our room was ready. Tourist thifts....

ok for a night”

I was greeted by a serious looking woman demanding my passport, then she and her daughter took some photos of it. That's how you treat potential thieves, I believe. The room had to be cleaned first, when I arrived and had a strong smell of the cleaning detergent, but it was reasonable clean with TV and big, a small very simple bathroom with bucket shower was attached. The two guys in the outdoor court, I met the evening were friendly as was the husband of the woman.
