Wonderful sea breeze ”
Pare pare seems to have a pretty consistent and refreshing sea breeze as evidenced by the many windmills visible as you head northeast. The hotel seems to feature mostly balcony rooms with cool breezes and a great view of the sunset. The facilities are pretty mediocre, but the bed was comfortable enough and we had plenty of hot water. The wifi didn't really work too great but I got a local sim card and turned my phone into a hot spot which works very well. The breakfast was spotty. The first morning the coffee had loads of sugar in it. The next morning no sugar but was still a little hard to get down. But hey, we weren't even expecting to get breakfast so we were happy enough. The excellent manager helped us immeasurably with some info and phone calls enabling us to catch the Rantepao-bound bus right in front of the hotel.

Pay-at-Property type of hotel. old and in need of repairs and upgrades. your credit card details SECUREs your booking. at check-in, was told the hotel was fully booked. they could 'prepare a room to fall under the same room category'.. This was not an upgrade... after 15-30 minutes wait, the "room" was ready. Lo and behold, the 'same category room' was actually a storage room. yes, there was a queen size bed. but there were also spare(?)/discarded(?) mattresses. room door didn't close properly. there was a pantry of sorts with more discarded furniture, a kitchen sink. went back to reception and asked if they had other rooms in the same price category. the staff's Bahasa Indonesia was not very easy to understand. we did not upgraded. asked if we could cancel our booking considering "same room category" did not offer same amenities but we paid the same price. when I pointed that out, he finally agreed to refund and cancel the booking. NIGHTMARE HOTEL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Comfortable stay at this hotel”
I really liked this hotel because I brought my 2 children and some of their belongings, the room was spacious enough to accommodate the four of us, and parking in front of the room made it easy to take things from the car. The room was clean, especially the sheets which were changed after every checkout. The hot water was great and flowed smoothly, although the faucet needs to be replaced for more comfort. The spring bed was firm and comfortable to sleep on, soft. The view was amazing, overlooking the city of Pare Pare and the sea, combined with the hotel swimming pool. The breakfast was okay, not like a star hotel, but it was decent and worth the price. The hotel is a bit old, but comfortable. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. If I were to stay in Pare Pare again, I would definitely stay here, especially if I bring my family. Thank you.

Sebelum booking, sempat baca semua review. Hampir semua bilang klo hotel ini tdk recommended karena hotelnya sdh tua.. Ternyata pas ke sana, hotelnya tdk jelek2 amat.. Bangunan hotelnya mmg sdh agak tua, isi toilet nya jg tdk terlalu bagus tapi worth it banget koq sm harganya, view nya cantik banget, ponakan sy jg suka banget sm swimming pool nya.. InSyaaAllah akan balik ke sini lg, hehehe.. Syukron Agoda harga promonya..

Dari segi kebersihan sih bisa dikatakan kurang. Untuk pelayanan, memuaskan. Hanya saja saat itu kami menunggu sekitaran sejam baru bisa check-in dikarenakan pengunjung yg padat. Apalg bertepatan dgn weekend. Adabaiknya bangunan direnovasi dikarenakan sdh trhitung kuno. View yg ditawarkan sngat bgus. jd sy rasa apabila di renovasi pasti nilai jualnya bisa lbh tinggi
