        This 5-star-superior hotel offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, a 400m² day spa and Caroussel Novelle restaurant. It lies in the heart of Dresden's Baroque district, a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. Combining Baroque and modern charm, the elegant rooms at the Bülow Palais are decorated with warm colours, beautiful fabrics and stylish materials. All rooms include fresh fruit, daily newspapers and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast is served in the light-flooded conservatory. Guests can dine in the gourmet Restaurant Caroussel Novelle.         Luxushotel der entspannten Art”

        Das Bülow ist ein rundum angenehmes Haus, das seine "5 Sterne Superior"-Bewertung tatsächlich verdient. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln; lediglich den nachträglichen Energiekostenzuschlag sollte man im Interesse größtmöglicher Preistransparenz in die Zimmerpreise einarbeiten.

        Hotel Top, Gourmet Restaurant Flop ”

        Leider hat das Gourmet Restaurant von der Küche nicht mal ansatzweise mehr das Niveau wie zu Zeiten des Sternekochs, der leider nicht mehr da ist. Gehobene Küche mit dem Anspruch das Sterneniveau zu halten bzw. wieder zu erreichen mit entsprechenden Preisen verfehlt dieses Ziel mehr als deutlich. Vorspeise war Lachs. Ordinärer Zuchtlachs der geschmacklich den Lebensmitteldiscountern gleich kommt. Erwarten kann man bei einem Gourmet Restaurant doch mindestens einen wundervollen Wildlachs. Bessere Farbe mit exzellenten Geschmack. Sossentropfen waren auch nicht beeindruckend. Wurde auch nicht aufgegessen und 1/3 liegen gelassen. Chicorée überbacken war sehr gelungen und wurde von uns begeistert aufgegessen. In diesem Sinne freuten wir uns auf den Hauptgang. Hauptgang 3 lei von der Taube. Filet in Ordnung sowie die Pastete. Die Praline ohne Geschmack und Pfiff. Das furchtbarste war die dazu gereichte Soße. Übersalzen und penetrant zu intensiv. Taube ist etwas zartes und leichtes die nicht durch eine überbordende salzige und zu dominante Soße im Geschmack zerstört werden sollte. Kritik wurde direkte zu jedem Gang dem bemühten und höflichen Kellner mitgeteilt. Er teilte uns sein Bedauern mit, mehr aber auch nicht. ( 2 kleine Mini- Schokoladenpralinen für 2 Personen. ernsthaft?) Bei dem Anspruch und Preisniveau wäre als Zeichen ein Angebot von 2 Gläsern Sekt bzw. Champagner schön gewesen, so wie Mitbewerber es bei entsprechender Situation ohne Zögern anbieten. Da wir hungrig waren haben wir nicht komplett alles zurückgehen lassen. Das Gourmet Restaurant war der Hauptgrund für unsere Hotelbuchung im Bülow Palais. Uns geht es nicht ums Geld, uns geht es um das auf der Hotelinternetseite suggerierte Versprechen und Anspruch zu dem Gourmet Restaurant und Hotel. Nach dem enttäuschenden Essen wollten wir noch in die hoteleigene Cigarren Lounge. Wurde uns verwehrt, weil 50% vom Hotel reserviert war für eine Veranstaltung und die verbleibenden 5 Plätze am Wochenende nicht

        Es war eine sehr schöne Übernachtung beim Hotel Bülow Palais. Obwohl das Personal meine Anrede falsch geschrieben hat mit asiatischen Nachname, gerne wieder! Mit tollem Service kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen :)

        Rundum-Umsorgung auf hohem Niveau”

        Auf einer Deutschlandreise haben wir zwei Tage im Palais Bulow verbracht. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Zimmer und der gute Service. Eine Abend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen - das fanden wir ganz hervorragend, und auch hier war der Service freundlich, sehr professionell und doch ungezwungen. Auch die Lage abseits vom Trubel und doch in der fußläufiger Nähe von allem ist prima.

        Ein ganz hervorragendes Hotel in einem zauberhaften Umfeld! Dazu höchst kompetentes und sehr freundliches Personal. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen und man lernt die sächsische Gastfreundschaft auf ganz besondere Weise kennen. Sofern ich wieder in Dresden verweile, kommt für mich kein anderes Hotel in Betracht. ;-)
