my favourite spot is our room's balcony the pool with all the pines surrounded. The breakfast was not fancy but it is tasty especially the omelette. Some furniture needs to be repair because its old. But overall it was a pleasant stay, definitely will come back again.

this place is such a hidden gem, quite distant from main road, relaxing ambience, fresh air, mix of old and modern design, lot of pinus tree, giant mosquittos (need to bring mosquitto repellent), poorly maintened facilities and cleanliness, overall 3.8 of 5

But the restaurant itself is quite disappointing. Some menu were not there. The coffee were awful. It was not served well. The fired rice is so dry. Breakfast menu is even worse. The bread was still in a plastic, unopened. The kitchen is so dirty. We wouldn't expect those service in the very nice ambience like Bumi Bandhawa. We hope the management put more attention on the service quality of Bumi Bandhawa.

I was spending two nights at this hotel and I personally can say this hotel provides an excellent nature ambiance, really recommended to who loves nature and serenity. However some of facilities seemed to be less maintained. Thing that should be highly considered is CLEANLINESS: -The bathroom please be supremely clean -The toilet was unable to be flushed so I asked room change -Water cleanliness indicated by its color. It was inconsistent, sometimes green-yellow, then turned clear and repeat but luckily the shower stays clear -The amenity kit such as towels, mat, bed-covers please be cleaner and neater -I sneezed around because of so-dirty air conditioner

For 3 star hotel is ok but they need to renew the room and bathroom For me the hotel is very quiet especially is there is no other guest. Upon arrival, they were filling up the swimming pool, which cause lack of water in the room bathroom. We need to wait for 2 hours before we can use bathroom properly. Overall, this hotel felt like going to closed down already due to lack of maintenance here and there. Actually, the place is nice and spacious. Just lack of the maintenance

This hotel used to be one of the best hotel in their early years. Secluded area with lots of greeneries and good scale of the building. However, the room was dirty. Their linens already worn out, the curtain stained and the floor was not cleaned properly. When you enter the room you can smell the dust. Especially at their balcony (that has a good view tho to the pool), floor and the couch were dusty. No daily housekeeping to clean your room. So during my stay, my room was exactly the same as when I leave the room. The breakfast was okay. Their common bathroom beside the dining pavilion seems neglected that the staff did not clean it after used by the guests. Many tissues scattered all over the floor. Overall property needs some serious improvement and maintenance and adding more staffs!! It is a let down, due to the good design of architecture but lack of maintenance. Even after agoda’s special price, we are still kind of regret staying at this hotel.

A potentially great hidden getaway resort just in Bandung city”
Bumi Bandawa has the potential to be a great place to stay with your family. If they quickly realize to redo room interiors, fix and clean bathroom including leaks from above, replenish sheets and covers, and place an appropriate receptionists. I'll certainly come back with my family. Hopefully they could fine a solution and not waste the potential to be great.
