We booked a double room with a large bed. We were offered a room with two beds in T-shaped form. When we mentioned this and that it was part of the pre-arrangement, we were told this is all that is available and what we allegedly booked. The staff/ owner was very unfriendly and not keen to provide solutions. In the end we got a substandard room with two beds next to each other. The room was not very clean, it was loud (a dryer ran next door all day with around 70DB). It's a tired and dated place, not clean, smelly at times with unfriendly staff. Not recommended.

Great location”
Me and my wife stayed at Burg Hotel for 2 nights on a short holiday to Cochem. Positive points - the location is great right on the Moselpromenade, the staff behaviour was nice, the cleanliness and the breakfast was all good. Negative - We paid 80 € for a Thursday and 95 € for the Good Friday !!! The room is maximum worth 80 € we think. The parking a far away and all the nearby parking places had a maximum of 3-4 hours tickets. So that was definitely not comfortable. The pillows and the duvets were not of a good quality and you could hear the noses from the nearby rooms.

Unterbringung im abgelegenen Gästehaus”
Wenn die Unterbringung nicht im Haupthaus an der Mosel sondern in einem abgelegenen Gästehaus erfolgt, dann sollte dies bei der Buchung erkennbar sein. Der Preis von 110 Euro ist für die Nebensaison total überzogen. Da erwartet man mehr. Auch mehr Freundlichkeit beim Checkin.

utmärkt läge små rum”
vi firade en person som hade fyllt 60 år så vi önskade oss lite extra saker på hotellet. det var inga problem ända saken är att man skall vara tydlig när man pratar ett annat språk. skall man ha större synpunkter så är duscharna i minsta laget. en båtresa på mosel är bara ett måste och en biltur till de kända orterna zell och bernkastel.
