One stop from Sapporo Station by subway, it was difficult to find in a similar alley, but I was able to arrive with Google Maps. The staff was kind and I was able to stay very comfortably, and it was also appreciated that breakfast was included. I want to go there again.

Renewal of 2nd floor restaurant”
Stayed for work related to Peking University. Happy with the breakfast included. The restaurant on the second floor has been renovated and has become a bit more stylish. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception was very good. There is a coffee server in front of the counter on the first floor, which is appreciated. I would like to use it again next time.

It's pretty close to the station (but kind of hard to go there by foot if you're carrying big luggage -- because of the snow!) The place was clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly. There's a vendo for drinks and coin laundry available at the 5th floor, very convenient.

Location - 1 minute walk to Hokkaido University - 1 minute walk to Kita 12-jo Subway Station - 10 minute walk to Sapporo Station - 2 minute walk to convenience stores - Located in a residential area, quiet but inconvenient for nightlife Breakfast - Buffet - Radish salad, sausages, scrambled eggs, bread, coffee, orange juice - Simple but delicious as it is a complimentary service Staff - Everyone was polite and kind Facilities - Walls and doors may be thin as some noise from the neighboring rooms can be heard, but it is not bothersome - Very clean Room - Beds are small and feel cheap, but did not affect sleep - Rooms feel small, but did not affect sleep - Shower water temperature and pressure are very good - Shampoo and conditioner provided are "ZIRA" - View from the window is not good Overall - Highly recommended!

Location is short walk to train station and a few convenience shops near hotel. However, Bed is small, smaller than queen size bed and the quilt is small too, both ends only the sheet, no quilt, so can be cold at night unless on heater. No air purifier in the room. Small hotel without much facilities

If you are going for any work in Hokudai, this place is very much recommended. Just across the University gate. Staffs are very polite and all the facilities including washing machine and drier are available inside(washing powder can be bought inside with 50 ¥). They also have microwave and wending machine if you need some midnight drink. Breakfast is included in the price, and you get 2-3 kinds of bread with simple salad and scrambled egg along with some drink (tea, coffee, orange juice). More than enough for me. Rooms are little small but overall very satisfying stay.

10 minutes from Sapporo station north exit and nearby the Hokkaido university. Average business hotel and nothing uncomfortable to stay. The staff with good manner and the breakfast is also good.
