Good place with good value ”
The view was great, you can see the city and mountain from the room. The room actually not too spacious, but it functioned well. The information from owner is clear. It surrounding by many facilities and restaurants, and also street food. The only unfortunate thing is apartment management closed the pool due to Covid.

The room needs general cleaning and repair. The dirty windows, stains on the wall, the broken drawer under 2nd bed, bathroom exhaust not working, kettle not working, the old small fridge not cool and dirty, need some clean and proper plates and drinking glasses. Please bear in mine, this is not a hotel nor Serviced apartment so you need to spend time to go to the link to do the self check in. No access to the swimming pool (access is only for Hotels (there are 2 hotels at the same complex at about same room rate) and for authorized apartement tenant/owner only) and you need a 1×24 h PCR test result to get a free parking. Since we dont have it, we got it reimbursed by the owner. The apartment has a nice view to the mountain which we like.

Bad Contact Person”
Location OK. Cleanliness OK. Limited electricity. No daily parking scheme but we can reimburse the extra rate to the owner. Fair and just. The problem is the contact person...or robot. I can't ask or confirm things. I was told only to read the guide. He/she never picked up my calls. No matter how many times I tried. He/she just replied to messages only. Even when the electricity and water were off for almost 2 hours. Basically, no eastern hospitality.

Secara harga ekonomis. Fasilitas dapur lengkap, jadi praktis untuk makan bungkus. Lokasi juga strategis, Ciumbuleuit ramai dan lengkap untuk kuliner. Sudah lengkap dengan TV, internet TV dan juga Wifi yang mumpuni. Namun beberapa catatan yang perlu diperbaiki: Kebersihan sedikit kurang. Toilet kurang bersih. Tidak ada tissue. Ada galon, tapi air minumnya kosong. Kulkas kotor.

Flexible utk check in dan check out. Admin helpful. Lokasi strategis. Perlengkapan dapur lengkap, TV dan wifi berfungsi baik. Kunci dan akses card tdk ads masalah. Ada beberapa kekurangan spt: tidak ada akses ke kolam renang, parkir berbayar dan tidak ada maximum fee. Tempatnya bersih dan terawat, tp ketika hari ke 2 banyak kecoa kecil² keluar entah dari mana. Untuk kasur sebesarnya hanya cukup utk 3 orang (1 double bed & 1 single bed), jika utk ber 4, yg 1 pakai sofa bed, dan AC hanya ada di kamar utama. Semoga bs lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Thankyou!

Dekorasi ruangannya cukup bagus, view dari balkon bagus juga, fasilitas dapur seperti alat masak dan alat makan sangat lengkap. Tapi sayang kotor sekali. Lantainya licin seperti ada minyak, lantai kamar mandi juga kotor. Tidak tersedia air minum, bahkan tisu pun tidak ada.

nginap bersama teman2 lumayan dekat kemana2 hanya saja internet tidak jalan sinyal susah jadi repot tidak bisa komunikasi dan parkir berbayar jadi kurang nyaman. kopi dan gula tidak ada. untuk kebersihan harus lebih bersih lagi krna seperti tidak di sapu.
