Boutique hotel with individual villas. Each of the villas are large with a lounge and bedroom area. Pool is very private with a high wall around, so you have full privacy. The staff were super helpful, with reception always staffed. Location is good with a 10 min stroll to the beach, close to a great food market (night time) and a shopping mall. They bring breakfast to your villa every morning.

The room is huge with a private outdoor swimpool ( howerever the swimpool actually too small for swim). The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff is polite and nice. The only problem is that some mosquitos are in the room and is quite annoying. Overall it is recommended.

Surprised at the condition of the room given the reasonable cost of the room. Overall pleasant stay as the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was alright and the room service team is great. Would be back again if I were to visit hua hin again. Thank you!

Great villa within walking distance of all you need. ”
This was my second stay here. The villa itself is lovely with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The plunge pool is great for cooling off in the Hua Hin heat. The location is about a ten minute walk from Market Village, Soi Bintabaht, Soi 94 and the beach so it is ideally located for exploring all Hua Hin has to offer dining, shopping and nightlife wise. There is loud music every night from 1930 to 2300 from the nearby food hawker centre but apart from these times, the area is very quiet.

I booked this place with the private pool. The inside room was very big. What so great about this place was PRIVATE POOL and a bathtub outdoors. They have this breakfast slip for you to filled out on what you want and they brought it to your room in the morning. It was great we didnt even have to leave the room. Cons: The water pressure inside the shower wasn't that great. There were too many mosquitoes. Private pool doesn't have a heater. So it kindda cold at night when you want to get into the pool. Over all, this place is amazing for a couple to spend time chill and enjoy the private pool.

Second time there, bed and pillows still too soft for us, aircon still little bit noisy but very fast to cool the room. Quiet place, furniture is a little damaged, tv still in the wrong place on the wall, bathroom is missing a magnifying mirror, poorly lit dressing table. We love the easy listening radio channel. Good location if you know Hua Hin. No washing machine in the villa, the shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced, the fridge is a little bit small. Love the outside bathtub even if a little bit uncomfortable. Possibility to rent a scooter at the reception. We'll be back.

Would have been great if small things like Water,Tea,Coffee were available as required. Crazy to be told that you could have only this much or that much. Small things make a big difference and the amount is pretty insignificant for the Hotel to really keep a cap on such things.

We got a good price for this villa, need 5 mins walk to the Main Street, quiet, just the cleaning staff didn’t refill the necessities, even didn’t clean the ashtray, these should be improved, breakfast so so. Overall is good.
