Very nice hotel in Banyuwangi! Away from the city center and the beach, but very close to a local village and some paddy fields. Plus, the villas were also very beautiful both from the outside and the inside, with spacious bathrooms and the sounds of nature surrounding it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers of Banyuwangi!

We picked this hotel from a travel blog recommendation and were not disappointed. Only minutes from the town centre and convenient for ferry travel to/from Bali yet tucked away heading toward the slopes of Mount Ijen and in a cultural tourism village for the local Osing people. Nearby are restos with local food, amazing locally produced coffee in a traditional village setting. And the hotel is modern, clean and well appointed, in nice gardens. Rooms consist of spacious individual cabin style bungalows with quality fitments, hot & cold water and in a garden setting. Great value for money and we will return on future trips to Banyuwangi.

I bookes deluxe room, but when we arrived they upgraded my room to villas. Breakfast taste is good, but not so many kind. No pool, the only entertainment is Desa Wisata Osing. A lot of traditional food near hotel

Cleanliness of the rooms could have been better upon check in. I assume the room had been cleaned a while before we checked in and the room had been unoccupied as it was quite dusty and there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. The next day the room was cleaned and it was spotless. Bed and bedding was comfortable and with a beautiful of the rice fields and local houses behind the hotel. The food was below average and pricey for the quality. I would recommend to eat elsewhere. We asked where we could get our laundry done (normally we go to local places as they do laundry by the kg which is cheaper) but the hotel offered to take care of it. They didn’t show us any prices but it turns out they charge per item which wasn’t mentioned and the bill came out to be 250.000 in the end which is absolutely crazy!!! In the end we managed to agree on paying 50% of the laundry bill as they were meant to get the guests signature prior to starting the laundry which they didn’t and if they had we would have taken our laundry somewhere else as even half the cost is still way too expensive. Unfortunately this all happened upon check out which left us with a bad experience. We also requested massage on our second day for three people and waited 4 hours for the massage therapist to show up and when they did there were only 2 therapists, so we cancelled in the end. Great place but they should work on their overall staff training.
