pros: categorically cheap, good facility (small bathtub in standard room, fantastic), strategic location, helpful staff. cons: I needed to pay for borrowing a couple of plates and spoons.

booked suite room, but request for room-show before checkin since i read all the guest review about old and new rooms before ,and found that all suite room are old, so I asked the receptionist to change my room to deluxe (renovated and new). the renovated room was great but also not really clean, there was hair and dirty shoe mark on the floor, mosquito, and the Aircon was leaked.. but still really great value for the cheap price,so I called the housekeeping, nicely asked him to clean the floor, and gave him tips. Called engineer to fix the aircon. After cleaning and the aircon fixed its really clean n comfortable room and I did extend my stay in this deluxe room till saturday, +the shower and hot water's great +there's electric hot water kettle -no slippers -no toilet tissue -great location will gladly stay here again (only renovated room)

I had a pleasant stay but the check-in process was not smooth. Initially i was promised all of the rooms i booked will be in the same building, but turned out they were separated. After negotiating they manage to get me rooms in the same building, but in different floors. Okay i accepted it. But the problem didn't stop there, they promised me the check-in will be at 1 PM, when the fact was my family get into their rooms at 3. Quite dissapointing service, but overall the facilities are great. There's a pool by the restaurant, very good for kids.

But unfortunately i got the room in the 1st floor, and when i got into the room, the room smells not very good. Its getting better when the ac turned on. Sometimes there's bad smells come from the toilet, too.
