Quiet and tranquile ”
This is my favorite hotel so far at least for its location that is away from traffic noise Lightening is operated by automatc control system great hospitality and they serve you with free drink per night Staff were helpful Chef is a master and food is delicious They have extra from everything in the room and they put it in the wardrobe nicely They give a chocolate treat on your bed and in the afternoon they bring a frsh desh of fruit for a treat The loaby is quiet and perfect for finishing your business Their coffee is not so good There is a swimming pool for men in the rooftop and another restaurant and a gym for men Decoration reminds me of France architecture

AC of the room was very very cold for room # 416”
AC of the room was very very cold which affect our health and cannot be adjusted more than 21 degree C...... as I called in different times 2 from their staff to check but every body was having different idea and knowledge for increasing the temperature more than 21 Degree C which also was not work.

Staff need training ”
The staff need more training about customer service and how to manage guests requirements. I asked for shampoo it took them 25 minutes and she said that it was because of lunch break! I also had an issue with my room that really ruined my stay there.
