The location easy to arrive from Madina street . Sari or qurish . There is parking area still they have to dedicate space for customer as all hotel vehicles there which make difficult to find space . The entrance and lobby nice clean. The reception is fast to help and room was ready . The room is greatly designated.toilet is clean and provided with all what you need for personal hygiene medium quality. Bed have really comfortable matress. Gym is average but still good usually no visitors. I have one time breakfast which is good actually with many choices . They do not provide ironing of clothes when I visit . Price for me through Agoda was really amazing 1/3 of their usual price in addition to free breakfast.thanks to agoda

Interiors are old and smells. U will find 1 or 2 power sockets if u r lucky. All are old style 2 pin sockets. Decent breakfast. There are good restaurants near the hotel.

I have booked a Suite and told at check in that there is no availability. Note that my booking was confirmed and paid fully. After hard negotiation, they gave me a room which was not satisfactory. However, i had to accept due to tight in time since I had several engagements at the city. Also, Other customers i met at the hotel lobby were disappointed too.

The room is spacious and clean enough. The internal design is very cozy and comfortable to stay. The breakfast provides variety of choices which are fresh and taste kind of good. The breakfast shall start earlier for business person to enjoy their meal. 7am is a little too late. Corn : During the check-in, the staff couldn't find the booking reference from Agoda. Seems like they dont know Agoda is the partner of Booking.com. They spent time to check the reservation during check-in. I had requested the hotel prepare the invoice earlier for me by giving my business card to them for entering my company name, so can speed up the check-out process (just pick up and go during check-out) . But the staff refused to do early preparation. In the end they given the wrong invoice and called to the reception keep transferring my call to other person. Even told the phone call is from overseas, they still drag it very long and rang forever no body pick-up. Called them like 5 times, still the same.

My stay wasn't bad, I only had a bad experience during my check in as the hotel did not receive my Agoda reservation on time and I had to wait for three hours at the lobby. After I was able to check in my room everything was good. The hotel is famous for hosting weddings and events so it might be loud and crowded at night! Their lunch and breakfast buffets were satisfactory.

The hotel is good in general, the pool is located in other building and no body knows the timing for it, before i book i called the hotel and asked for the swimming pool and they confirmed its open, when i checked in i found out that there is no rescue person and i can’t use the pool.

The room was too bad and the furnitures are too old. Also, lack of privacy because you can hear the guest and the television in the next room. The price is too expensive and you can get much better for the same price. Hotel's location is good and there is a supermarket and restaurant in front of the hotel.

Awful Experience”
I have mentioned in the booking that I would be arriving at 8 am, However when I arrived the reservation team had not transferred my booking to the front desk hence I had to wait for 2 hours for them to report to work I received the room keys just before I left to work, The Breakfast was not included however as they was no choice , I decided to have breakfast, the spread was very limited, No Corn Flakes !!! No Jam !!! I was surprised . More of Filipino food not much options for locals or expats. and i witnessed more Filipino staff enjoying the breakfast when i was confused what to have. I was told the breakfast would cost 25SR when checking out they mentioned 50SR as it was not booked by email through a cooperate account !!!However i made a noise and was charged 25 SR. During check out my flight was at 2100hrs I planned to rest and check out @ 5pm , but was forced to check out @ 4pm as check out time was @ 3pm, they was no warmth no emapthy no feeling that i was not taken care of ...
