One of the best resort in Bintan”
Its my second time in Cassia and I love everything about this resort. The staff are extremely friendly, room is big and spacious, very clean and brightly lit room. Downside is that I got assigned to block 5 which is a bit inconvenient with the changing of lifts at level 2 and the corridor is very dark at night. Was told by the staff upon checking out that their credit card machine was down and hence unable to process with the deposit refund of approx SGD 300. As I was rushing to the ferry terminal, the staff said she will whatsapp me the receipt once the system is up. Emailed the resort upon reaching Singapore but did not receive any updates from the staff at all even 2 weeks despite them saying they will update me. Please checkout early to make sure you get your refund back on the spot!

I highly recommend the resort, the room is very cosy and clean, we stayed at one bedroom apartment and it so spacious, got living room and balcony. The room looks like well maintained as if it was very new. 5 star for the beachfront location, the sand and water is so clean. We enjoyed staying for 3D2N, food and services are good. The breakfast buffet serves western dishes and with wide variety that you will enjoy it. We will definitely be coming back here again!!

Great staff with great services”
We wanted a place to relax for a few days and cassia provided all that we needed. Great sea views and private beaches that are maintained clean at all times. Facilities are good with 2 pools and gym (located within angsana) kept operating even though angsana is temporary shutdown. The great service that the very helpful staffs provided, patiently listening to requests and trying their best to help certainly made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Thanks.

Exceptional”
Resort is fairly new compared to the sister resorts nearby. Pool view is spectacular. Room is clean. We requested for extra pillows and towels when we make the booking and it was delivered when we check in. Staff are friendly and helpful. Con parts are that the water from shower is not strong enough, sometimes hot sometimes cold. Food at resort is pricey but think that is common anywhere in Bintan. Will come back again!

Wonderful Stay”
We stayed 2nights at one bed room apartment. It was a enjoyable stay, we were in serenity with nature. The beach is stone drop from the resort. They do turtle (Green and Hawksbill) conservation, happen to watch sending one batch of 70 Hawksbill turtles to sea. The Xana beach club has good DJ and drinks, food options. Good breakfast spread. Only downside all items are pricey, and the minimart in the resort has less options. Overall it is a wonderful place to recharge with nature.

Nice hotel beach front ”
It had a nice beach and sea colour with 2 tonnes of blue shade’s during non monsoon period. The food like all others commented-food is not cheap. But generally Bintan resorts/hotels are not cheap on food. Try ordering their local cuisine which is cheaper than pizza/pasta. Rooms wise is more of a apartment then hotel but its fine with us. The rooms provide us with beach basket/towels n slippers for our use during the stay. This is very thoughtful of them. They have free daily activities to participate. We have joined Ranger Trail and the guide, Musfu from Banyan Tree is good with sharing us explanation on plants and trees. Check in on Wednesday and it’s not crowded. Love our stay! Kudos to the whole team.!

Great hotel for my family with young kids ”
We rented the 2 bedroom apartment with loft. The kids (2 and 6 yo) loved the loft and the big space. The kitchen is well equipped. Hotel provided a basket with beach towels. It was a nice touch. Kids also enjoyed the private beach and pool. The sand was very smooth and well maintained. Breakfast had a good spread but it could get crowded. But staff was very efficient at clearing our plates from our table. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Private beach was big and wide. Had more than enough dose of Vit. Sea during our 3D2N stay. Zumba and bubble foam party at the inifinity pool was fun! Staff are friendly and engaging. Essentials are provided in the accommodation. The loft is cosy and nice, with a fully-equipped kitchenette. All in all, we had fun and relaxing stay at the resort.

Cassia Bintan is not only a place is a sensation, a state of mind. A state in wich your life's pace slows down and gets in contact with nature. They provide a lot of activities for the more sporty tourists as long as a beautiful pool for who wants to relax and enjoy the sunset on the front patio. Staff here is really what makes this place superb. They are always ready to help you and assist in case of help. Special shout out to Denny the barman who with his warm spirit made our nights more enjoyable! 100% would stay here again.

Best apartment style hotel at Bintan”
I love the apartment style of the resort. The room was big and comfortable. They seperate the living room, bed room, bathroom and kitchen with full equiped and well functioning tools at the kitchen ❤️ The private beach was nice with various thing you can do here like water sport etc, and they have reasonable price Definitely going back here next time i go to Bintan

Excellent staff”
Very friendly and helpful staff who displayed initiative. We booked a one bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a two bedroom one (which gave us more space for our suitcases as although there is plenty of cupboard storage space, there is nowhere for a large suitcase). The unit had a lovely ocean view with a balcony and was very clean. However when we opened the fridge we noticed a fishy smell. When we mentioned this to the cleaner he promptly went to clean it again but when he couldn't remove the odour he brought a replacement fridge for us. It was good to be able to prepare simple meals in our room but there are several options for restaurants in the complex (relatively expensive though). The included buffet breakfast had an amazing spread. We enjoyed swimming at the beach and in the pool (towels supplied). We were pleasantly surprised to discover there is a free shuttle from the ferry terminal to the hotel and from the hotel into the small local township at Lagoi.
