I booked through Agoda and the status was confirmed and paid, but when I arrived, the staff said that my name wasn't there and their staff said they didn't cooperate with Agoda, even the hotel staff asked me to take care of it by myself, so I have to wait almost 1 hour. Cleanliness and breakfast really need improvement

Great location and friendly staff”
We stayed for only 2 nights but we enjoyed the place. Pros: 1. Good location If you want to join Borobudur sunrise tour then it's a great place to stay. The hotel also provides transportation (free motorbike ride) to the gate of Borobudur if you book the tour at their reception. 2. Friendly and attentive staff We checked in at 12:00 pm but there was staff there to check us in. They were also very responsive to our emails. 3. Good breakfast Simple but delicious. They offered Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng with tea or coffee. If you cannot eat spicy food, tell them to not make it spicy. Cons: no English channel on the TV

The location of the hotel is near to the entrance of the Borobudur Temple and walking distance to the main street of Borobudur Town. The staff are friendly and able to speak good English. The facilities are adequate. The breakfast is fantastic. The design of the room is beautiful but the workmanship is awful and need maintenance and refurbishment.

Idéalement situé pour visiter Borobudur ”
A 500 mètres de l'entrée du site mais a l'écart de la circulation. Chambre agréable, bon petit-déjeuner. Il manque un endroit où se poser après la visite du site et le spa ne fonctionne plus, transformé en bac à poissons. Personnel très sympathique. Ne pas hésiter à aller se promener dans la campagne en continuant la route où est situé l'hôtel. Peu de restaurants pour dîner, mieux vaut tenter un warung près de l'hôtel qu'aller au centre du bourg.

夜に最低な仕打ち”
事前に到着が遅くなるメールで連絡をしていたのですが、０時頃に訪れたら誰もいませんでした。 電話をしても、ホテルのフロントの電話がただ鳴るだけ…。近くのCempaka Villaに徒歩で助けを求めにいき事情を話すと個人用携帯電話に連絡をしてくれ１０分後に寝起きのホテルマンが登場。最低な思い出でした。 ただ、値段を考えるとそんなものなのかもしれません。
