Marvellous Location, 8 Feet Sized Bed, Amazing Window View, Cleanliness takes Full marks, Beds were very comfortable, Breakfast was good but need more addition for people who don't eat Pork & Beef.. Gym requires Attention... Rest Everything was good.. Staff is very helpful and polite... The swimming pool is the best place of the hotel... Highly Recommended

A truly 4 star hotel”
Big nice clean rooms, awesome rooftop pool with a view and bar. Great breakfast selection, very nice staff, from the front door security guy helping you catch a taxi to the front desk and cleaning staff all were kind and helpful. Location is great, this hotel is located right next to the Independence palace in downtown, walking distance to most tourist attractions like the Notre Dame church, Ben Thanh market and Turtle neck park. Lots of good restaurants options near by. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to stay here again when in HCM city.

The rooms are clean, The breakfast is good and the best of all are the staff at the front desk, So helpful and they do their best to help. The only bad thing was the new fee for the parking, We used to stay for years in this hotel and parking was free , Now they ask to pay VND 100,000 per night which I find it not fair, Because when you add this to the room cost then it becomes more expensive than other hotels who offer free parking , Also it says parking fees may apply, They don't say how much and after when we get there we got the surprise, 100,000 extra, If the managment wouldn't change and have free parking , I think we will never go back again , I hope you change this to free or mention in your website the cost for the guest to see the real cost of your rooms . Thanks

Good place to stay in Sai Gon”
I'd recommend this hotel to people who is finding a place in Central of Sai Gon. This was the second time that I've stayed at this hotel with my family of 4 people (2 boys). The children have really loved the swimming pool on top of the hotel and the breakfast.

Best location and facilities in Saigon”
Central palace is located in the prime location in Saigon and is walkable distance from major attractions. We had a wondeful stay of 3 nights in May 2022. Got a city view room which offered amazing views of the Saigon city. The hotel had excellent breakfast spread as well. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Saigon.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I indeed had a memorable stay at Central Palace, and would return there on my re-visit to Saigon. Great location for most museums and places of interest for tourists - just a word of advice: avoid Ben Thanh Market and its numerous non-stop hagglers (for probably syndicates, over-priced items). Ngl, I have a local friend who shows me great local food and shopping stuff 😉 Hope to see you again, Central Palace staff! PS. a feedback: please improve your breakfast offering, other than that I'm glad to have be there.

I stayed in this hotel during my biz trip. It is located in a great area, very quiet pocket in District 1, good facility and clean. They even had a small rooftop swimming pool. Highly recommended especially with Agoda discouted price. Stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Clean and quiet room, comfy bed with good AC brought well sleep. Big in-outdoor pool with nice view and healthy meals balanced calories consume. It's nice to walk around parks and visit center places. It's safe to stay during covid time :)
