Spacious flat, strategically located”

We stayed 3 nights here and my parents absolutely loved this place. This apartment is located at the most strategic spot possible (off Vaci street) with plenty of restaurants within a step's reach, the Danube river just 2 mins walk away, and the Vörösmarty Ter metro station 5 mins walk away. The flat itself is very spacious. Although there is only one shower and toilet each, they are new and elegantly refurbished. Our host, Miklos accommodated to our needs and requests diligently via phone and email. Overall, this place is a gem and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

Centrally located neat apartment with a great host”

The host was very accommodating as we were checking in at different times and he ensure someone was there at the apartment. He also picked up my friends from the airport (for a reasonable fee) which was very nice as there was no hassle in finding the place. The apartment is located on the busy Vaci street which has many cafes and restaurants. Since cafes and restaurants close by late evening, the nights were very peaceful. It is a 5-10 minute walking distance to the Basilica, the city square and even shorter walk to the Great River Danube. The apartment itself was very spacious, neat and well maintained. The highlight has to be the price. We were very pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the apartment for the price we paid.

Very big apartment with two rooms convenient for 2-4 persons. It is located near metro station and immediately next to the Vaci streets with many shops and restaurant near. Apartment is equipped with fast Internet connection, it is clean, and personnel is very friendly.

Well located and with space!”

This apartment is just off the main shopping promenade and close to the Elizabeth Bridge. It is a large apartment with space for you to spread out your things. The self catering equipment is fine and the landlord easily accessible by email. Although the furnishings etc are a little old, the place is exceptionally clean and well laid out.

Apartment stay NOT a hotel.”

The apartment is difficult to find and IS NOT listed on the list of building occupants at the security entrance. You MUST contact the owner beforehand to get them to meet you at your arrival time. However, once over that 'hurdle' the apartment itself is large and has all facilities for self catering. It is reasonably furnished with old style furniture but has a slightly more modern kitchen and appliancies. It is located directly in the Vacu tourist shopping and restaurant area and just a 5 minute walk from metro, buses and the Danube riverside. We had a great stay!

Nice location. Very central. Floor boards were very creepy and in need of modernisation. For the price we paid it was a good accommodation.

Positiv: Die Lage ist hervorragend. 2 grosse, geräumige Zimmer, Douche und Lavabo, separater WC, Küche Negativ: Man hört stundenlang die Klavier-Etuden eines Bewohners. Die hohen Decken sind von den Heizungen grau, ebenso die Vorhänge. Die Teppiche sind voll Flecken und schmutzig. Man muss ein Zimmer durchqueren, dessen Parkett quietscht, um ins WC zu gelangen. Die dort schlafen, werden mit sicherheit geweckt. Die Schlüssel wurden uns von einer Frau übergeben und danach hatten wir keinen Kontakt.

Lage, Lage, Lage!!! Die Lage, 3. Stock ca 15 m über der Einkaufsstraße und Vergnügungsstraße Vaci ut., bringt die üblichen nächtlichen und morgendlichen Geräusche mit sich. Wen das nicht stört, findet eine frisch gemalerte Wohnung mit neuem Bad und WC und einigen altersbedingten Schönheitsfehlern vor. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibts gleich um die Ecke am Ferencie ter im Prima-Supermarkt. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. 24h-Parkhaus ist in 400 m Entfernung (Montag Abend bis Mittwoch früh hab ich 10.000 Huf bezahlt) Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt.

Weekend Citytrip Budapest”

Die Wohnung ist für einen Citytrip gut eingerichtet. Leider sind die Fenster schlecht isoliert, dass die Aussengeräusche (Fussgängerzone, Restaurantbetrieb) gut hörbar sind und es dadurch auch zieht. Bettdecken sind ideal bis max. Körpergrösse 175cm. Die Rollläden können nicht überall zum Verdunkeln runtergelassen werden (defekt!).Duschvorhang ist zu kurz, dadurch wird der Fussbereich sehr nass und Trocknungsmöglichkeiten (Badheizung) funktionierte nicht.Küche, Bad und WC neu renoviert.Eine Unterkunft für Menschen die genügsam sind und sehr zentral wohnen wollen.Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig.Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt reibungslos.

Posizione buonissima,prezzo buono,pulito, ma in condizioni terribili. Muri scrostati, prese che si staccano, fili volanti, mancano asciugamani, nel letto matrimoniale una specie di piumino, che può diventare lenzuolo, ma non sufficiente per due. Manca il forno normale. Quello che disturba è l'aspetto decadente e le condizioni dell'edificio, trasandato che da un idea di non pulito, anche l'appartamento è pulito.

Mooie grote ruimte met hoge plafonds en tijdloos krakende plavuizen. Had hier em daar een likje verf bijgekund en de douche afvoer was wat pover, maar verder uitstekend, vooral qua ligging. Een aanrader!
