I did not see this hotel meeting the Rotana standards but it is a good hotel in general. The team at the reception are great and very helpful. The part that I did not like is the fact that the location around the hotel has many construction work all around the hotel and so no taxi driver (uber/careem) or a friend following google maps can reach easily.

A nice small hotel with good facilities in a good location in the North of the city. I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are slightly smaller than expecting for the price but they are comfortable and clean.

Twin Room”
My friend and I had a quiet staycation. It's far out from the city center. The nearest mall you can go is Riyadh Gallery according to the road accessibility, or you can chill at Riyadh Park if you want somewhere with cooler vibe. The hotel is just a standard hotel. Not much amenity to offer. I had wrote in my booking if they can make my birthday staycation a little bit special as my special request note but ive got nothing even a greeting inside my room. Lol. Guess they don't take part on such occasions. The coffee machine isnt working but didnt bother to call as there was a kettle we can use. The shower would take time to bring out hot water. And for some reason, the ac stopped working one early morning. We were so sleepy to call them, and didnt want us to disrupt our sleep. So it was a lil bit uncomfortable before our check out since it's getting warmer inside the room. I really didnt like calling the reception desk for such request that should be provided well in the first place. Went there to relax, and didnt want to get demands and get upset. Lol, i slept everything off.

Not worth it”
Bad experience, no dental kit, no cooton puds, 1 small shampoo bottle for couple room, bathroom exhaust not working, AC control is complicated too much cold. If you ask for anything extra they make you feel guilty. Room card required for every single door in the hotel and it never items from the first try which is annoying.

Pretty average hotel. The design is very nice on the outside and the reception. Good parking. Good breakfast buffet which was on discount at the time of my visit. However, the room was not as clean and neat as I had hoped. The room does nor give a very comforting feeling

This is my last stay at this hotel. I was traveling with my family and planned to arrive at the check in time or even a little after; at around 2pm, everything was paid by credit card two days before arrival (that’s a mistake I would not do again) always book without cc and check it first. Anyway, they kept saying we’re arranging and cleaning your rooms, but it looks like they were lying. People are coming after us and did not even wait, they give them their keys and finish their check in smoothly. I tried to talk to all of the staff at the lobby, but they kept saying sorry and serve others!! We finally got to our rooms after 4pm. Not to mention the bad attitude by the other workers and dirtiness of the hotel. This is not my first stay at a hotel, I’ve traveled all over the world and never seen such issue. Tried to contact agoda to get a refund and find me another place to stay, but the automated chat system wasn’t helpful at all. In short DO NOT BOOK HERE
