Close enough to the railway station. Very simple hotel. Since our room was very close to the reception we could hear every word spoken outside our room. Very expensive for little value.

Worth it”
We had a standard double room with our own bathroom, with a window facing the street. The room was alright, but some of the furniture was a bit wobbly and could use some repairs. Everything was clean, and the room was quite soundproof, so you don’t hear much noise. The breakfast could have been more inspiring, but compared to the price it was good.

Cozy and good location hotel”
The hotel is 2 mins away from subway and by walking it's also close to Hauptbahnhof and the most sightseeing places in Hamburg. There's one supermarket Penny closeby, so it's very convenient place to stay. Just no elevator which is hard for carrying heavy luggage to upstairs.

Lousy and unhelpful staff in not great location”
Was not told my room has no toilet and had to use common toilet, and the hotel has no elevator. would not recommend to anyone.

Good for the price”
This place was the cheapest place for us to stay in Hamburg so we booked with low expectations. The room we got was small but came with a shower and a sink. The beds were overall clean however some ants were crawling around the room. Wifi is free along with breakfast. The TV in our room didn't work but we didn't really care. A subway station is only 2 minutes away and the main train station is a 10 minute walk. The neighborhood is primarily Muslim which means great food but not much nightlife. I would stay here again.

Leider musste ich mein Bett mit unliebsamen Lebewesen teilen, die beißen und/oder stechen und mir eine kurze Nacht bescherten. Der Defekte Fernseher und die verweigerte Abhilfe, waren da das kleiner Übel.

違うホテルを案内されました。”
夜８時くらいにチェックインしようとすると、うちのホテルは部屋がないので系列の別のホテルに部屋が取ってある、と言われました。 そんなに遠くなかったのでまぁ良かったのですが、その部屋も普段から客室で使ってるのかわからないようなぐらい簡素な部屋で、レセプションの真ん前だったので人の話し声などが丸聞こえで落ち着いて眠れませんでした。
