i have stayed here several times. and i like the price the rooms are clean and the ac is good. there is a carpark at the back as well. staff are helpful.

Clean simple place near 200 meters off from the beach. Stayed 2 nights. One to race a half marathon and the next to recover. Both were great. The no window room is very quiet and the balconies above the third floor offer an ocean view.

Everything is great. Room, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. This is my second stay and this time we were able to choose which building to stay in. They also provide free bicycles to ride, which was really fun. Highly recommended, not exaggerating. This is a genuine review based on my experience.

Overall everything is great. Personally impressed with the service from the receptionist. When there was a problem, the hotel helped to solve it very well. If there is a chance to go back to Cha-am, will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel 😘

New and clean room, clean pillows, blankets, and towels, comfortable to sleep on, strong hot water, new and quiet air conditioning, even though it's not far from the central nightlife area, there is no noise at all. The owner is kind. For the price of 500+ baht, it's very worth it. It's close to the beach and there are traditional massage shops nearby.
